One fine Tuesday I was craving fish and chips after a hearty workout, as the American in me felt so. Protein was off the menu for this craving but enjoyment was to be maximized. I mourned for the crunchy exterior of the fish as I bite deeper into the soft and flavorful interior fish meat, complemented with a similar texture from the fries. My meal, for the most part, was far from this. The fish was limited but Thirsty did not fail to cover the fish in breading. 2:1 breading to fish ratio was my dish. Furthermore, the chips were quite hard and had little potatoes within them. I was quite disappointed. I am not usually a fan of waffle shaped chips. It was also quite expensive. All in all, the experience was delightful and the weather was magnificent.

This place rocks. My first time back post-Covid, and I'm so glad I came and mad it's been so long. One of the best things I see about Thirsty Fish is how it's kind of a third place for this corner of Seattle. I'm not a local here, but even as an outsider, I could see nothing but love and community here. The space is warm and nook-y, physically and metaphorically. I had a quite-fine steak and will come back for more. I'm not sure about the rest of the menu, but I get a sense that you'll experience some elevated pub food at a great value. Hey, Thirsty Fish staff and management, thanks for being awesome!

Nice relaxing dinner on the deck outside, on a warm summer day. They have you order everything at the counter but deliver it to your table - it shouldn't take too much effort to just provide table service rather than making the patrons get uo every time they want to add something. My food was good, they were more than happy to make special adjustments to every dish ordered by our table, and it was servied quickly. My dirnk wasn't made exactly as I ordered it, but I went back to order a chaser and fixed it myself so it worked out.

This is our new go-to spot!! It's a casual place with a bit of an "everybody knows your name" vibe. The guys who run the place are great and their chef is a freaking magician! They have everything from salad to burgers and it is all cooked to absolute perfection. Burgers? Perfect. Chicken? Fully cooked but still moist and tender. I'm very cautious of where I eat shell fish but you HAVE to try their honey walnut prawns. Just so you know I'm not biased, there was oooone time that the fish & chips was slightly over cooked (just a bit too crispy) but not bad enough to send it back. It was still yummy. :)

Since finding this place we've taken friends and visiting family, and everyone has great things to say about...
