Service is fantastic. Makes you feel like a V.I.P. used to work there. New owners took over.said they sent an email saying" get ahold of us before (whatever date) or you won't be able to rehire. After they reopened and I still haven't received any information I went in and they said" we were Soo concerned when you didn't come get your last check". I didn't know I was getting a last check. They had sent it too the wrong email. They said they were concerned but not enough to call. I understand that sometimes in these situations people don't always fit. I get that. I also believe that if there was ANY CONCERN I would of received SOME KIND OF CONTACT. If you didn't want me to return be professional let me know. But accidentally sending an email to the wrong recipient? Things happen for a reason. I whole heartedly believe that. I would Never Work for two people that have no love for their community ( unless you are well heeled of course)! Their inconsistent hrs show they don't. I was there three yrs and missed 1day. I got 6 cookies from this place, a scone, a latte, and two bags of dog treats. I didn't taste anything that I would write home about. The cookies were too soft all around for me and of course, I can only review based off my personal preference and relative to the quality I have tried in that area so still feel free to check it out. I will say that my malamute and my friend's dog did like their cookies judging by the way they munched on them. While they do like most treats, I think it was something new for them.

The only gripe I have with this place is that they only gave us 5 cookies instead of 6. I usually take a look at the box but they had it nicely tied up with string so I didn't open it until I got home. On the plus side, they did give us a free cookie to sample so at least we got 6 cookies, just not the one we wanted. The staff also got distracted chatting with a regular customer so overall, it gave off a rather lackadaisical attitude, but not enough that I wouldn't come back if I actually liked the...
