odered pizza last night online from this location was told online that it was gonna be 60 minutes I called a little before the 60 minutes when online said my order had been complete it just to see where my food was the guy who answered the phone said it was on my road it would be there momentarily my road is not very long so I waited about 10 to 15 minutes and called back and the supposed manager was on the phone when asked where it was he said oh it's on the road asked how long because we had kids to feed he said it'd be there when it got there and my fiancée explained to him how you know we're trying to feed kids we need to know a time frame and he said oh that's okay I'll just void your order if you want your food you're gonna have to replace the order and come to the storm pick it up We repeatedly asked for the manager's name and he kept saying it's chief it's chief that's all you need to know is chief he was rude a loud the while time I called corporate I am waiting for the owner to give me a call back till I hear back from them and find out what is going to go on with this rude manager who kept screaming at us because we asked how long the food was going to be till it finally arrived to us and then voiding out an $81 wait order I will not shop there and if I was you I would avoid shopping there too because when I called today Sunday to find out why it was still on my bank account and hadn't been avoided It was the same manager who again told me it's chief don't worry it's chief and I told him that I had Called corporate on him He said okay that's good I will not shop there until something is resolved with this rude manager avoid here at all cost if this manager or...
Read moreI would rather give no stars. Beware if you have to return your pizza to the store. I drove 25 mi to get pizza for my autistic grandson. I've been coming to the store for many many years but this particular night I brought my pizza home and realized it was covered in garlic butter I contacted the store immediately and was told they realized they made the mistake and would replace my pizzas. On the computer it clearly shows a history of the prior purchases and never once have I ever ordered anything with garlic on it and I order the exact same thing every time I come up there. I explained that I live too far away and it was too late at night to come all the way back and try to get my kids dinner before bedtime. I returned 3 days later they could not find my information I had to call the store on my phone while standing in the lobby just so they were able to find out what I was talking about and then would NOT honor the fact that they said they would replace the pizzas. I told a couple family members about my problem I had it this location only to find out that they have been mistreated as well. The staff is unfriendly they don't greet you when you come in the door they just stand propped up on the wall staring at you unless prompted to do something by a co-worker from what I observed. I now have to travel to Avon Park to get pizza for my autistic grandson which is sad because the store could do better. Read moreA friend and a I went to grab a pizza before our movie night and this was the closest one to us. I've worked in food service for years and culinary arts in high school. So looking at how things are being run has been rammed into my head. First the girl on front had her Costa Del Mar sunglasses on her hat. The sunglasses should have been left in her car or put away, not left on her head where they could possibly fall into a customers food. This same girl was also drinking a two litter of mountain dew at the front counter, no cup, just straight from the bottle! In the food service industry you aren't supposed to drink or eat or have your phone out or anything like that in front of customers! Next there was a tall man with glasses that had a cup that he was drinking from at the front counter. Both of these employees left their cup/bottle right there for all customers to see. In all of this drinking nobody washed their hands. Then there was a shorter girl that was messing with her cell phone at the front counter! Then these three people were standing around talking while there was another girl in the back who kept right on working! I am seriously hoping that I just caught this store on a bad day! But I can safely say that I WILL NOT be back in this store until some change is made! Employees should not eat or drink in the front of the house (meaning that employees should not eat or drink in front of customers), unless they take lunch in the lobby.
