Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service

We placed an online order with this Domino’s location, and I stopped in to pick it up on my way home from work. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.

The marinara sauces I ordered and paid for were not included in the pickup order. I had to ask for them at the counter, and had I not noticed, I would’ve driven an hour home without them. Frankly, charging extra for marinara with cheesy bread is questionable to begin with—it should be included.

Our order consisted of two cheesy breads, four marinara sauces, and one Italian sausage marinara. After the hour-long drive home, my family and I were very disappointed. The Italian sausage marinara had only a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the dish—barely anything there—and the cheesy breads were noticeably smaller than usual, with minimal cheese. We’ve ordered these items for years and this order was significantly below standard.

Worse yet, when I called the store to speak with a manager, I was put on hold and left there for 25 minutes without anyone picking up. I hung up and called again, only to be disconnected mid-call. On the third attempt, I was told a “manager in training” was available, but I requested to speak to the actual manager. Finally, after over 30 minutes, I was able to speak with Josh. He claimed he didn’t know I had been waiting—something I find hard to believe given the circumstances.

As a long-time customer, I’m incredibly disappointed—not just in the portion sizes and food quality, but in the total lack of accountability and customer care.

I do not recommend this Domino’s location for your family’s meals. Poor service, poor food, and a clear need for staff training. Domino’s, if you value your customers,...

I've ordered delivery from this location a handful of times since I've moved to the area a year ago, every time the service and food has been wonderful!

The Garlic Parmesan wings are nice, however almost 10 dollars for an 8 piece (from the app at least. Never been inside) is a little steep whenever you're looking for a cheap dinner. This time I had a coupon through the app that was 16 dollars for a large speciality pizza, which wasn't bad! Figured it would feed our small 2 person house for a couple days and be an easy lunch option for leftovers. The pizza I ordered was the BBQ chicken. Chicken seems cooked through, which is always nice, and whenever I got it from my delivery guy (I think his name was Chad? Craig? It was a C name, either way he was polite and quick.), at around 9:30 pm, the pizza looked lovely! Crust was nice and puffy, and overall very appetizing!

The pizza tasted great, didn't even notice the onions until I turned on the light, so they did a good job of sneaking them in.

By the end of taxes, delivery fees, and tip the total itself was around 26 ish dollars. Tip was 5 dollars, and fees were 5 as well. So if you want to save a little more then carry out would be best, however, delivery isn't a terrible option either price wise! Definitely nice since I prefer not to drive at night since I'm a little light sensitive and so sometimes the headlights are a bit much.

TLDR: Delivery guy was lovely, pizza came to my door hot and looking 'nummy. Pizza was delicious. Price wise can seem a little high for some menu items but with a coupon isn't bad at all. The fees and tip for delivery isn't bad either, only tacking an extra 10 dollars on my order which I think is a fair price for...

We have been ordering from Sedalia Domino's for years a few times a month as far back as I can remember and the food and service has always been great until the last few months. We knew that there were shortages and so we try to be understanding of the situation but when you are told 45 min and 2 plus hours later your food shows up thats crazy. The first time our 2 pizzas were cold and looked like someone threw it through the grinder. We decided to try again and man I wish we wouldn't have. Both of our specialty pizzas were cold out sandwich had 3 pieces of chicken and after we reheated all our food to try and salvage it I pulled hair out with my pasta on the first bite! I was over it at that point our friends we had for dinner left before dinner because it was supposed to be there hours before. Your driver laughed and didn't care when he showed up so late and when I asked why the app stated my pizza had been delivered 50 minutes earlier he giggled said man that's crazy it happens sometimes.
