Horrible customer service on 08/16/24. Waited a long time with a total of three cars at the business. After placing order at drive-thru, no one came back to tell me to pull forward. I finally asked, if I could pull forward. I was told I could. I stated to the young man at the window, "I would hate to see what you all would do during a rush hour." He informed it was rush hour. I asked why three employees could not handle a few customers. He never answered. Paid for my food. The guy never thanked me for my business. This is the same guy, who in the past, has NEVER thanked me for my business. I commented to him, "you never thank me for my business." He then shut the window and walked away, without answering me. I then called the Subway store. Phone rang several times, when someone picked up the phone, then hung it up on me. I called a second time. Someone answered and I asked for a manager. I told her how rude the guy was to me. She then proceeded to tell me about all the online orders they had and they were busy. I asked her, if that prevented the guy from saying thank you to a customer. I then asked for the store owner's name. She gave it to me and hung up on me. I called back and asked how to contact the store owner. She said she had no way of contacting him. I told her I found that difficult to believe. She hung up on me a second time. Read moreHalloween night, everyone is busy. So happy to see that Subway was open because I wanted something healthy versus going to Sonic next door. Sign clearly says they close at 8 on Halloween and I walk-in at 7:52, checked my watch, and I have been on the other side of the counter plenty so I don’t care that it’s 8 minutes before close. It takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich. I was told that I could not get served and that I could go through the drive-thru but the lobby closed at 8. I pointed out to her that it was not 8 yet and she simply said sorry. Really, tell me to go back out to my car and go through the drive-thru? I am standing right in front of you and there are other people in the lobby at the same time. Just make my sandwich and send me on my way. I get that help is hard to find but I guess customers don’t matter anymore. Also, in case an owner or manager reads this, it was a girl and a guy working and this was the girl. I guess because there was no one else there. Anyway, another person came up front and asked me what she could make for me. That was the first thing anyone said to me, very cold atmosphere. The food was not great either. Come on, it's a sandwich, how hard can it be? Anyway, the bread was hard and chewy, what looked like tomato was really strange looking, I decided not to have that put on my sandwich. I blame this on the manager, it is obvious that management was not present at the time, and if such a person was, they should be replaced.
