With ONE car in front of me when I ordered, it still took over 15 minutes to get a single meal.
The girl taking the order wasn't paying any attention when I ordered either, as I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times and correct her when she tried to give me something different.
The spicy chicken sandwich was awful. The worst of all the fast food chains. It was just dry tough fried chicken with way too little sauce, and then massive pickels on top. There was zero spice, and the sandwich was bland. And cold. Like they cooked it right away and then let it sit while the car in front of me was at the window forever.

Read moreWhile normally a trip to Freddy's is a good one, this time was an exception. Don't get me wrong, the food was great as always. Everyone in our group got their food hot and fresh, with the patties nice and crispy. The fries were hot and crispy as well and the new hot fry sauce was amazing.
The store, on the other hand.... What a mess. Both bins in the dining room we're completely overflowing, baskets were stacked up around and on top of the bins, and the floors were atrocious. French fries strewn all over, tables hadn't be cleaned off in a hot minute, and someone apparently spilled an entire soda in front of the fountain and it wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. The bathrooms were at least cleaner than the dining room, so they had that going for them.
That said, you go to a restaurant for the food, but a clean place to eat it is...
Read moreWent through the drive-up today & ordered a single burger & a turtle sundae. The burger was good but they forgot to put a spoon in the sack. I went back through the drive-up & told them there was not a spoon in the sack. I was very nice. They didn't offer to bring me a spoon while I was in the drive-up line. By the time I made it to the window my sundae was melting, so I asked if I could please have a fresh one. I was told "You'll have to wait!" I told them that was fine. I finally got my new sundae & asked if she could thow away my old one since I was getting ready to travel. I was told that she couldn't take it back even to throw it away.
