Asia Buffet in Sedalia, MO has a variety of foods all available one great restaurant. They have items more common such as chicken, fish, broccoli, beef, pork, and soup. They also have other foreign foods such as sushi, shrimp, crab, crayfish and many other seafood and less common foods. They also have dessert with ice cream, pudding and fruits. All different kinds of foods and desserts to suit your needs at one place and all for one price. You can go from sushi to chicken to ice cream to pork all at one place. I love the sushi there so I ate a lot of different kinds of sushi that were available. They have many different kinds that are made and created by the chefs in the back. They do a great job and are able to keep people fed and wanting more. I also at chicken and crab, which are both very tasty as well and really give a well balanced and rounded out meal to get all the nutrients and cravings you could ask for at one time. The lighting and the style of the restaurant as well is very nice for sitting and talking with people at your table. There are big tables and short tables as well as booths to make sure people feel comfortable and want to keep going back. For the price and the food that you are able to get all at one time, this place is definitely a good spot to go to that will be able to fill the hunger of any person or family, with many...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Chinese food restaurant where I found a bug in the clams I was eating. I didn't realize what I was chewing on until I had to spit it out because it was too hard to chew. I was horrified to find that it was a bug and immediately called over the waitress. The waitress apologized but when the manager came over, their response was unacceptable. They said it was not their problem because the chef didn't clean the clams well enough and that bugs are normal in seafood. They acted as if they were not responsible and even suggested that the bug should have been there. The other waitress even acted as if I was lying. The service and food were both disgusting and I was left feeling horrified. I had been going to this restaurant every Saturday for the past month and had encountered issues before, such as overly salty Lo Mein, but I didn't complain because I didn't want to cause a scene. However, this experience was too much and I had to speak up. I left a $2 tip for the waitress because she didn't do anything wrong, but the manager's response was unacceptable. The kitchen was dirty and had bugs in the food. I will never go back to this...
Read moreI had read reviews and decided to give it a shot. I went at 4:30 thinking this would be a good time since they should be putting out new fresh food for dinner rush. The decor is awesome and waitstaff were nice. When I made my selections at the buffet I went back to my table to enjoy. Unfortunately all my food was cold and should not have been. I did try to eat but was not happy with cold food. I argued with myself on whether I felt good about paying $12.99 for cold food or if I should leave. I decided that since I could go to McDonald's and pay less for hot food that I needed to leave. I talked to the waitstaff and they offered to reheat my food, um no. The food should have been hot to begin with and I did not want them to zap my food in the microwave, this was obsurde to me. I told them I would pay for the soda but was going to leave. They allowed me to leave with only paying for the soda and I appreciate that. I would strongly suggest that this establishment replace their warming units on their buffet line. I will say, even though my food was cold, the flavor was good. I have never left a restaurant for this or any reason, just so you know I am...
