Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Seguin

Let me start by saying I was desperate and hungry for breakfast. I had to go to Home Depot and get back on the road quickly. So I went against my better judgment and stopped in. I purchased 2 bean and cheese tacos. It was my first time in and needed guidance on where to pay. The young gentleman told me to grab the ticket and take it to the register. I paid and got in my car and on the road. I took my first bite. It was like biting into firm old play dough. The tortilla was under cooked as well. But I was starving and had places to be. So I was just going to choke it down. Second bite on the road to my destination. I bit down into a huge chunk of egg shell and immediately began gagging. There weren’t any napkins in my bag. At this point I’m heaving into the tiny paper bag. Chunks of egg shell stuck in my molars. I’ve had 3 children, and gagging and vomiting unfortunately causes me to pee myself. So now I have soiled my britches. Thanks so very much Taco Laredo, for not only wasting my time, and money, but for making me puke and pee my pants. Thanks for starting my day off in entirely the wrong foot. I would have rather eaten a gas station hotdog that fell on the floor. This was an awful experience....

I'm a truck driver I've been coming to this location for over a year. At least 3 times a month, mostly when in the area to get tacos at this Laredo taco kitchen inside this stripe store usually around 6 to 7 am. I went today 7:10am walk up to order something, and from across store register lady says they open at 8am, I said oh wow they changed the time? She rudely say NO they haven't, I get a drink walked up to register to pay I hear lady that works at kitchen asking her why are we opening so late there was another driver asking why they weren't open too, so i ask register lady again so they Decided to change the time I guess ? She again rudely says NO they didn't. I said really I guess all those times I've been here at 6am were just my imagination. She says nothing no explanation, gives me the total ask if that's all. turns away. Rude Lady at store register had no name tag or I would have put it here .lady has no customer...

The best thing about the place is the pictures but it’s all an illusion! Stay away!

Julie was super rude. Not an happy place. Ignored me when I asked a question. Several items weren’t available. I asked for the 1/2 chicken and was told they were out, and then they came out of the oven. I said oh look there they are and she simply said “they’re not done” that’s it. No apology, no time when they would be done. Nothing.

Advertised meals had small print that said it didn’t start for a couple days. The bowl was a nice looking picture but our meal was less than half the size. Carne asada was terrible and burnt. We talked to the cashier and she said the ladies working there are always rude and they get a lot of complaints but they don’t get fired because they know too much. They have no training. We don’t even want to eat all the food for fear we...
