We have family in from out of town and tried to eat out at Reyna’s this evening. We have dined at Reyna’s before and have always had a pleasant experience and felt the food was good. Tonight however, we had two of our nieces with us, one who is in a wheelchair and one who has a service dog. They directed us to a table at the very back of the restaurant and then intercepted us before we got there asking for the service dog’s “license”. We explained that service dogs are not licensed but are allowed under the Texas Disability Law and we were happy to show them the laws. They then asked for the service dog’s “tag”- we offered to show them her rabies tag which she was wearing but said that didn’t have anything to do with her being a service dog. They repeated that they needed to see my niece’s service dog license and I decided we were leaving. Read moreIf I could give no stars like everyone else says i would lol. Me and my husband and our kids would visit here often we liked the place so one day my parents are in town visiting from Oklahoma so I bring them here to try it out because we did like it so much however this trip decided to be the worst. so I had my son who is pretty young and he had a sucker on the table and I decided to give it to him before we order our food should be my choice if I want to give my son a sucker or not you would think right, wrong because apparently it is up to waitresses now to put in their opinion and in a rude way and when confronted gets even more nasty with me. So needless to say i haven't been back and she's lucky I am a good Christian woman cos if not would cussed her out. Need to make sure their employees keep their opinions to themselves not try to tell customers how to parent. I have...
Read moreThis was our first time at this restaurant and we only came because of the reviews it had a 4.2 stars. The service wasn't good took forever to get our food the plates had very little rice and beans as compared to other restaurants the might as well not give any. My plate had fajitas and an enchilada and it had about 6 pieces of meat and it was $8.99 really? My food was brought with no tortillas after I was done they were brought. My sister ordered gordita plate and the ground meat was raw she said it was seasonings but I've been making that all my life I know raw meat when I see it. All in all the Service was bad and the food was not good I only gave 1 star cause I have too. Very disappointed I wish we would have just...
