I have gone 3’times this week and the first time the “child manager “ stomped out because she could not hear me on the intercom and rolled her eyes asked for my order then, I said it’s not my fault you can’t hear me, I am speaking in a loud voice. There’s something wrong with the machine. She again rolled her eyes at me and blew out her nose in a sigh of annoyance and complete disrespect while standing with her arms crossed and. pouting as if I am such a waste of her time. If you put younger people in charge of things, they need to be schooled on how to handle situations that are difficult that blaming your customer and being spoiled brat.Come out say I cannot hear you. Ask for the order. I hope you have a good day. I will check in to the issue with this particular station. No eye rolling or a body language of annoyance as if I am the burden and the inconvenience. Maybe it’s the station maybe it’s my head set and let it go. She made me wait on my order a soda water for 15 minutes. I don’t think customers service is easy but she makes it more difficult than it should be. It’s her job to do your job she needs to learn how to do it. Yesterday I came through and it was surprisingly smooth except they took forever 20 minutes to get a soda out again and sofa water out, yes, it was a busy time but it’s a soda water. The man next to me got his food and beverage before I did and he came after me it was probably the same child manager that delayed my drink because of the day before, of course I’m assuming that’s why it takes 20 minutes to get a soda water out again. And then she was going to charge me four extra dollars for extra lemon and lime, so my soda water was going to be $10. That was passive aggressive!! Obviously, I said I need three lemons and three limes and she removed the extra extra extra charges. Then today I get my order everything is going very smooth. It’s $2.15 then they change the amount mid process of my card which I still think it went through, they claim it did not. They changed the price to $4.95. Without telling me anything. This is stealing when I’m paying what was quoted to me and they don’t come on and tell me what’s wrong. If they would have just told me I would have understood but I received unneeded adolescent attitude. I had to called them and say why is it twice as much? The child manager with poor customer service skills again responds with It was wrong charge he’s new to that’s how it’s going to be! Do you want it or not, yes or no? Completely disrespectful. I said , it is stealing when you change my price in the middle of transaction without consenting and asking me that is stealing, it’s not appropriate and it’s illegal. Again she said, I’m the manager and that’s how it’s going to be! Do you want it? I said who is your manager, and then she changed her tune and got the other manager to approve it, “THIS TIME ONLY SHE SCREAMS !” I asked if the transaction went through and the other manager go in the speaker and claimed it did not clear.Hears the thing you cannot quote some one a price then in the middle of transaction change the price- this is an illegal. It can bring legal action against Sonic for taking more money out of of my account without permission.That is poor business practice. At least call consult the patron of the change and have consent of the transaction. If not you are breaking the law by stealing money from my account without permission - it’s that simple. Also, young people need to be trained to handle their own attitude and practice self control, especially when they are wrong. Admit to your behavior and find a resolution. Do not demand something when you are in the wrong and you were. Focus on resolution not your annoyance; find a WIN-WIN. I hope this young lady gets some trying and learns self control, which is part of your job to have a good attitude especially when you are wrong and/or in a difficult situation. The staff is quick and respectful and polite. However, the only problem i have is that one order was given minus the burger I ordered. Had I not checked, I would have had a walk back there from my home in the Texas heat, and I would have been livid. The food server/delivery lady apologized, and all was forgiven. Before that however because they are so close I walk to them and so I was sitting on the table right my the walk up order menu and screen while searching on the app to try and decide what I wanted because I already had the rest of the families ready to go on the app. I had a manager come out to me and tell me "excuse me mama we don't allow any solicitors of any kind here they are prohibited on the property " the tone in her voice was so condescending and with disgust I almost told her to "fly a kite" all I did was look up and show her the app and say "I'm trying to finish my order with you guys" seriously I have been there several times and never had any issues. On top of that, after I made the order, which included 4 rt 44 cups full of sonic ice and 2 10 pound bags of it as well. Along with a strawberry slush. Anyways, 2 of the ice cups both tasted and smelled like oil from the fryer. And it was too late to go back and have it swapped out because the ice wasn't for me it was for my husband and didn't tell me until after an hour or so. The sad part is that not only did I tip on the order with the cups of ice and my fruit slush. I also tipped on the order with the 2 10 pound bags of ice because you can't order bags of ice on the app for some reason. So the tip I left was well about the average gratuity of 15%! Was not thrilled over this at all. When I was approached by the shift supervisor or manager (she was the one in charge during that shift this I know by the design of her shirt) being talked to in the manner she used along with the look on her face, like I was just some homeless drifter who can't read nor had any respect for businesses who have clearly marked sign displayed all over the property. I know that there are people out there who just don't give a F🤬ck about the rules and laws and what have you but I am not one of those people and it was very obviously that I was there placing an order especially since i was standing directly infront of the walk up menu looking up to it while texting asking my family what the options were for to eat. She just discriminated against me because I had walked in and had bags with me (insulated) so i could carry back the 2 10 pound bags for the ice i was buying to slow down the melting from the texas heat!!s Our car is being shipped from our Massachusetts along with all of our belongings and dog, to Texas. We are in the middle of moving. So after I thought about what could have been the reasons why she did what she did, the only logical explanation is that SHE TOOK ONE LOOK AT ME AND ALL THE BAGS I HAD WITH ME AND ASSUMED I WAS A HOMELESS STREET DRIFTER. My family and I came in ordered two combos and one additional slush. The fountain, carhop and food were all excellent with the exception of the butter burger. It took me two bites to realize the burger was not only cold to the touch, but the ground beef patty was undercooked therefore pink. I love sonic. It was first real job as a teen. But I reluctantly felt compelled to ask for another butter burger and then did so. I call the fountain, she professionally, cordially and quickly comes out to take my burger to have it warmed or replaced. The moment she walks in to explain the situation, the cook or perhaps an assistant shift leader does a beeline to my truck and says that he would not be replacing the burger since I bit into it. He acted like replacing the undercooked burger would come out of his pocket. He was obnoxious and unnecessary hateful. Look if you are too lazy or hate your job so much to replace a single patty burger, maybe take a job elsewhere. The aforementioned individual was 35-40 years old, pudgy and had a dark thin mustache. I hate to leave a bad review, but this fellows behavior was unacceptable and embarrassing. I hope he was not the cook, because it seems as if he had poor personal hygiene also. This location is knowingly overcharging their customers. Came in during their "1/2 burger Tuesday" promotion posted outside. Instead of charging the posted $6.99 combo price, they charge $8.27 then subtract $2.10. When I asked about it, the girl taking my order kept telling me she can't do anything. I tried to explain the simple math with her. Shortly after she then went silent. A couple of minutes later the shift manager came out. I explained the same thing with my phone's calculator to the shift manager. He agreed with me and said "If I could change the prices I would, but I can't. I am only here to manage the employees. I will let my GM know". He apologized and brought me some slushy coupons. While I appreciated his gesture, the fact still remains that they are routinely overcharging their customer's.

Kingsbury street Sonic. My burger was okay. It was not made as I requested., (No lettuce). The whole burger was flat, like it had been flattened with a spatula. It was only luke warm.
