From the day they opened just a year ago my husband and I have supported the Brick. We spent 6 years in Italy and searched for 26 years for pizza as good as Neapolitan pizza. There’s a lot of good pizza, but not Neapolitan. That wood-fired brick oven pizza. We went through the drive through the first open day and ordered 2 shareables. Sat in the parking lot and waited. The owner walked them out in under 10 minutes. We opened them up and took a bite and just about inhaled them. They were so good, we bought 2 more. Yes, we were pigs. Yes, we ate them both. A meat lovers and a margherita. Authentic Neapolitan pizza. They made the dough. They made the sauce. Well, chef Robert did. They got a loyal customer. They love what they do. They love their customers. They form relationships with their customers. If you have an issue, they will fix it. We’ve never had one. We have asked for them to leave ours in an extra 30 seconds because we like the blister on the crust. Chef Robert does a 13 layer brisket lasagna that is the best I’ve ever had. It’s a specialty item that isn’t on the menu, but they’ll put out on Facebook when he’s baking it. Nothing in that restaurant is a frozen packet, it’s all freshly made. They cook with their heart and it shows. There’s nothing “Cali” about it. They took a team of 4 to Las Vegas to a competition. Chef Robert placed 60 out of 600 teams. His first year. This isn’t Old chicago deep dish, it isn’t Mario’s, Papa John’s or Murphy’s. It isn’t L’il Caesars. And just to let you know, the guy giving a one star review posted on the Seguin Facebook page his “review.” He was inundated with review after review disputing his. The support for this local restaurant is just heartfelt. These are good people serving and supporting their local community. The support they received in turn is amazing. Family owned and operated. Give them a chance to prove John...

We ate at The Brick recently and loved the food and service!! We ordered mozzarella sticks, meatballs and buffalo chicken wings with homemade ranch as appetizers. All were very good. The homemade ranch is amazing. We tried both regular crust pizza and gluten free - both were excellent. Great pizza options...two of us opted for traditional Carnivore and Pepperoni pizzas. I ordered "the Ruchetta" with arugula and prosciutto and felt like I was back in Italy! Seriously, my pizza was that good! The wait staff were super friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and drinks were constantly refilled. The main dining room is in the process of being finished out so patrons are directed to a comfy indoor/outdoor patio area for dining in. It is a casual comfortable atmosphere and a great place to watch the game. If you are a pizza fan you need to try The Brick- it is worth the...

Decided to finally check this place out. Upon entry, the renovations are obvious and the lack of AC was a little disappointing. Not sure if it’s been like this since opening or something happened. Overall it was tolerable. Service was great throughout. The pizza had good flavor, it’s a bit doughy and could use a little more crunch (my liking, which can be fixed by asking for crispier pizza I’m sure). The pineapple was fresh and not canned. (Either works for me) The wings were good but I got them warm, almost room temp. It was obvious they had been sitting there pre cooked. The flavor was good though. They were fall apart from over cooking which can be good or bad to some. Prices are fair for the pizza, the wings on the other hand, I don’t think 6 small wings should be $10.50. I will definitely come back once the restaurant...

YUUMMM!!! Okay, I was craving pizza while visiting my folks and was so happy to find this place with a simple Google Map search. My husband and I had driven by it a few times during previous visits and kept saying we were going to check it out. Well let me tell ya… it was worth the wait. The service was top notch as all the staff worked as a team to ensure everyone was taken care of. Pizza selection was straight fire and my mouth was watering watching pies get delivered left and right. We were beyond impressed with our choice. The flavor, the toastiness of the crust, and overall yum factor was off the charts!!! Luckily we were able to eat all but 2 slices and had those the next day. Happy to report they were just as good reheated on a skillet! 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
