Taqueria Tequila Jalisco — Restaurant in Seguin

I'll start by saying I often frequent this restaurant .Typically, the food and service are great! However, I will never give this establishment my business again. Tonight, my daughter went to the drive-thru, ordering my usual: and asada burrito with a little bit of rice, tomatoes, and guacamole. NO CHEESE; NO SOUR CREAM! It is specifically ordered this way because I am fatally allergic to dairy products. I took two bites and immediately had an allergic reaction. Thankfully, I have medication that can stop and/or slow the reaction. My daughter took the burrito back. The clerk claims my daughter never said NO CHEESE. She was then charged for a second burrito that still had SOUR CREAM. The restaurant refused to fix it and refused to refund the burrito ($24.00 for two burritos made wrong)! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! NEVER AGAIN! NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND IT. GO...

Only giving 1 star because it won't let you leave a review with no stars. Worst eating experience ever on Saturday night. Ordered a torta and halfway through it found a used bandaid with BLOOD in it in my mouth. I was shocked to see what it was when I spit it out. How can kitchen staff be so careless and what safety protocols are in place to allow this to happen? Needless to say, I couldn't hold the food down any longer. The wait staff still wanted us to pay for the other torta we ordered, even though it was obviously cooked in the same batch as mine was. Ordered 1 chicken soup, 2 tacos,1 sweet tea, thur the drive waited over 35 10 minutes later my husband walked INSIDE to get our food. Asked the lady who took our order "what takes this long in drive thur, "she responded, we have other custersom". My husband lookedaround and all 6 people where eating. To make matters worse, they did not get our order right. We could of gone inside and sat down and had lunch and been on our way home. Completely ridiculous.
