Addendum ━ original review below
Owner: "Hi Robert, can you please stop blasting us on the internet?" Response: I Happen To Be One Of Those Americans Who Believes In Free Speech ━ So Thank You, I WILL NOT Just Sit Down And Shut Up. I Really Had Nothing Else To Say Or Review Until Your Snippy (And Fraudulent) Response Appeared. Besides That Is The Whole Purpose Of The Review And Ratings ━ To Let People Know Of My Experience.
Owner: It was explained that $2 beer night is for beers that are produced by Seguin Brewing Company, in house. Response: That Is Simply A Lie. It Was 𝑵𝑶𝑻 Explained Whatsoever. In Fact, I Mentioned The Fact That There Was Not A "Menu Board" (And Thus No Prices Posted Either) As We Walked In. I Was Offered The Lame Excuse That "We Are Out Of So Many Of The Selections, I Just Turned It Off" The Bartender Then Filled A Flight With All Those Beers You Were "Out Of". LAME.
Owner: "The receipt printer is broken, which is not our bartender's fault." Response: No, It Is Not His Fault. It Is Yours. And It Is No Way To Run A Business. Results Count, Not Excuses.
Owner: In addition, when you signed for your portion of the receipt, you had an option to have the receipt text or emailed to you. Response: I Wasn't Offered Any "Options". I Wouldn't Have Taken It Anyway. It Is Not My Job To Chase Down A Receipt. It Is Yours. It Is A Basic For Most All Transactions, Anywhere. I Came For A Decent (or Even Great) Beer ━ Not A New Problem, Or Stupid Transaction Argument To Track Or Dicker Over. TOTAL FAIL.
Owner: Our bartender let you know multiple times that the mead and mixtures of mead and beer do not qualify for the $2 beer special. Response: ANOTHER LIE. The Bartender NEVER Discussed Prices Or Cost In ANY Way. I Assumed The Prices Would Be Reasonable (Now I know Better) But Prices Were Not My Top Priority ━ The Beer Was. None Of The Beers Hit That Magic "Ahhh…" Spot For Me At All ━ And That Research Was The Whole Purpose Of The Visit.
I Change My Rating From One Star To Minus 5 Stars. Businesses That Want To Believe The Customers Are At Fault For Their Own Failures Deserve Nothing More. No Apology For The "Misunderstandings" (Lies And Omissions), No Amends, And Nothing But Blame And Finger Pointing. This Deserves A -10 Rating Which Is Unavailable. The Beer Was Merely Drinkable, But Nothing Special. In All Other Respects Seguin Brewery Was A TOTAL FAILURE.

After Hearing Some Good Things, I Went With A Friend Tues Evening About 6:00Pm. We Tested The Chicken Wings, The Mead, A Flight Of The "Stronger" Ales, And The 'Ambiance'… ALL FOUR WERE FAILURES!! The Wings Were O.K., But Nothing Above Average.
The Mead Was Strong And Sneaky, (As Mead Is Supposed To Be) But Reminded Both Of Us Of Drinking Welch's Grape Juice From The Bottle.
All Of The Beers In The Flight Were Completely 'Drinkable' ━ But None Of Them 'Hit The Mark' Or Were Special Or Memorable.
The Blended Combo Of Mead And Bock Was The Best Thing ━ But Not Worth The Trip.
How Can I Be So Negative? The Bartender Ripped Us Off. The Total Tab Was Over $140.00, Prices Were Not Posted On What Was Supposed To Be "$2.00 Beer Night", And Instead Of A Receipt Itemizing The Charges, We Received Only A Lame Excuse (The Machine Is Broken) It Was At Best A $20 Experience For Each Of Us ━ Definitely Not A $140 Experience Overall.
My Advice? Try Them Out If You Like ━ But Demand Prices Ahead Of Time; Keep Track; Demand A Receipt…
Did I mention the noise was so loud you couldn't have a...

Food Selection:
Seguin Brewing isn’t just about beer; it’s a culinary adventure too. Their menu boasts a delectable range of options. We indulged in brick oven pizzas (try the Margherita—it’s divine!), flavorful wings, hearty sandwiches, and fresh salads. Vegetarian? No worries—they’ve got you covered. The food pairs beautifully with their brews, making it a complete experience.

Read moreIn town for a medical appointment and wanted a beer and some light food, checked this place out online and looked promising. Even browsed the menu on their Facebook page (which is posted to regularly). Sat outside and waited 30 minutes to open.
No where do they state online that lunch is a different (and super sparce) menu. They were nice enough to offer to make me a pretzel. Then I find out no beer at lunch. At a brewery?? Okaaayyy. Whatever. Got a tea. Went to fill it and they had sweet only. News flash. There are some people who enjoy tea without pounds of sugar!
I know prices of everything are high right now, but it was $32 for 8 wings, pretzel & cheese, & 2 drinks (one ended up just being water!). My pretzel appears to be your standard Ben E. Keith product and the beer cheese looked & tasted like ricos nacho cheese sauce I use at the little league park.
Over all, underwhelmed and definitely won't bother returning or recommending to anyone.
And might I suggest a website and social media update with correct menus and mention your brewery doesn't serve...
