Today at the Selma, Al Domino's location, I was sold one clearly burnt order of Cheesy Bread & one almost burnt Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread. I tried calling twice but was disconnected. Upon returning to the store, manager James Steele Jr was extremely rude. He asked what do you want me to do with it, I can't do nothing with that. My response was the same as his. He stated that it wasn't burnt. As I told him. I have ordered this same item numerous times so I know how it should look. After going back and forth with him, He was telling me to take it and leave. I told him to keep it. He continued to be totally unprofessional as I was leaving. I called the store and sat on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered. When I told them what was going on they put me back on hold. I talked to James the DM, he said that they were really busy and offered to give me a free meal at a later date (I'm only here for 3 days). He said will it be pick up or delivery? I said pick up and he hung the telephone up. Just like that! He didn't ask my nano or tell me how long the wait for pick up. I called back and spoke with another young man. I told him what just happened and he was quiet for a minute and "Ma'am he I don't think he even took the order so let me do it again.
