McDonald's — Restaurant in Selma

I’ve been eating at this location since I was a kid for 20+ years and I’ve NEVER had any issues with my food besides my fries being cold sometimes. However a few days ago my husband ordered my food from here along with 2 apple pies and two strawberry cream pies. I had finish my sandwich and fries which were pretty good (& the only reason I rated one star). I then slid my apple pie half way out the box and took a bite then feeling an undesirable texture that I knew was not apart of my food! It was hair and not just a string !! A little clump of hair as if someone literally dropped the pie on the floor and picked it up and just threw it in the box! Everything I had ate before that pie came up ! I couldn’t shake the fact that the clump of cotton and hair was in my mouth! I’ve tried to contact this location because I live 30 minutes away but the phone goes straight to a voicemail that’s not even set up! I’ve also reached out to a 1-800 customer service twice and they’ve said someone with management would reach out and four days later they still haven’t. I know that people make mistakes but the fact that no one has reached out lets me know it’s poor management who could care less. Think twice before ordering from this location and if you do check your food...

DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!! I would like to inform you that my order was 23$ and they charged me 100$ and when i went to talk to them and fix the problem and see what was going on and the so called "owner" told me that they can not print out the records of the credit cards used earlier that day when one of the staff had already showed me it and when I told her that the staff showed me the records she was still in denial and said that she couldn't do it then the owner try to convince me that there was no one above her that I can contact to help me solve the problem she claimed to own that McDonald's and emerald Management Corp!!! Then when I called her out on her lie she tried to convince me that it was my fault or my bank's fault and had nothing to do with their store. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this situation so if there is anyone else out there who reads this and had a similar problem I'm sure we would all appreciate you contacting them as well so we can make sure that this McDonald's is no longer allowed to steal...

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! It took them 12 minutes to bring out a double quarter pounder with cheese, and that's all I ordered. In the meantime, I had the pleasure of watching 14 other cars pass by and receive their orders, including some that also parked and waited, as well as a couple of orders consisting of multiple bags. I also got to watch three employees go on break for a smoke behind the dumpster. When I finally got my order, there was no explanation or apology, and it was a mangled mess. So, I put it together and then discovered they didn't put any napkins in my bag. When I started eating the burger, I noticed the meat was either overcooked or microwaved for too long as it was dry and tough. I was too hungry and was not inclined to go back and have to wait for who knows how long to speak to someone about it.

Skip this place and go somewhere else in Selma. This staff, including management, is clearly...
