This was the absolute worst experience I've had in my 50 years with any food establishment business. Having worked with the public most of my life, I'm still finding it difficult to figure out how so many things went wrong with such a simple request. I'm disabled and live with my son. I was having to drive out of town on the day I visited Domino's Pizza to have a large pizza delivered to my son at his job for lunch because we share a car and he wouldn't have a ride at lunch to go get something to eat. I pulled up at the local Domino's and ordered him a large thin crust pepperoni pizza to be delivered to his job at 12:00pm (noon). I called his boss to ensure I had the correct address for the delivery and paid the boy at the window for the pizza as well as a tip for the delivery driver before I left town. He proceeded to tell me it would be ready in about 30 minutes and I had to remind him "No, it's to be delivered at noon to my son's work" bcuz I was leaving town and this was to be his lunch. I then left on my out of town trip. I received a message from my son's boss saying the pizza still wasn't there at 12:33pm and that maybe I should call. Everyone else had already had their lunch and my son was still waiting. They work at a large farm out in the field all day and of course, he was hungry. I called FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES and was hung up on each time I called to see why my son's lunch which had been paid for had not delivered. I finally left Ada and headed back to Seminole. I eventually got thru on the phone and the delivery driver himself told me he was on his way to deliver my son's lunch at that very moment. My son works 5 minutes from Domino's. Come to find out, his pizza was FINALLY delivered after 1pm, more than one hour after the agreed upon time I had made at 10am that morning, and not only that...it was obviously made on time bcuz it wasn't even warm upon arrival. When I called, the little girl that answered the phone was frazzled and said she had been having trouble all day with orders and the phone and said my son's lunch had sat there bcuz it was marked as a pick up instead of delivery smh. She said they finally found the address and got it delivered eventually. I felt bad for her and thanked her for handling it for me....
Read moreI’ve had some complications at this location before with the workers, but I still come here to get pizza. Today I called to place an order and was bluntly told to be be on hold, I was placed on hold for TEN minutes and got hung up on, I called the second time and got hung up again. I called for the third time and got to actually speak to someone and told them what happened. The worker there seemed like they really didn’t care and didn’t apologize for their coworkers work ethic, but when I got there to pick up my order I spoke to the manger there and told her about the situation. She was super genuine and understanding about the situation. She ended up giving my meal for free, I was not expecting to get a free meal at all. But all I want to say is, she was very professional and knows how to make her customers happy. There needs to be more people like her! Thanks again! Order was wrong on top of...
Read moreOrdered online as I live 20 minutes away. Picked up the order, but did not double check before heading home. Got home and realized 4 items were missing. Drove back and tried calling twice. Both times the phone was picked up and laid down. Went through the drive through and the guy was rude. Told us there was no way we were getting our food made. We asked for a refund. While waiting, he hung up the ringing phone twice, cussing at it. He couldn't figure out how to refund us so told us it would be 5-10 minutes after beating on things and cursing. We then had to drive around and wait for them to help others- sending them on their way without food. Between the order being wrong, his rudeness and cursing, and now having cold food, we will never order from the Seminole...
