Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Semmes

Very aggravated. Called and placed my order #304090 at exactly 7:31pm. I've ordered before to my home. Same address. I left driver instructions that we were remodeling, that we will keep checking the front window, and will come outside to the driveway. There are nails, boards, rock, drywall, etc and we didnt want someone to trip and get hurt. Apparently, someone from the store called at 8:10 and 8:12 and left two voicemails. The voicemails stated and I quote, that they wanted to make sure to verify our address in case something has changed, or we have moved, and that the driver will not be able to leave the store until I call them back. As I said, we are remodeling, and its loud in the house, and I didnt check my phone until 8:46 to which I called back to tell them "um, yes the address is correct, send our pizza". Mind you I had also received a text message at 8:38 that said "your driver Leslie is on the way", which ofcourse wasnt true obviously. I PAID for my order ahead of time. If I moved, dont you think its common sense to have put my new address in the order? I really dont think a person would PAY for food, and then have it delivered to John Doe another 3 streets around the corner. The funny part about the whole thing is, when I hung up, I didnt even get from one part of my house to the other to pick up a hammer, and the driver pulled in. There is no way they left Old Shell Rd, and got to my house that quick. Its like they were waiting around the corner. So my order was placed at 7:31pm, PAID for, and we recieved it cold a few mins before 9pm. All because you wanted to make sure I hadn't moved since my last take out order!?! If you are going to require customers to verify thier address by phone call, you need to notate it online when someone places thier order. I would have waited by my phone had I known you were going to hold my already paid for pizza hostage. We have never had this issue with Papa John's ever. Very...

We order at this location often. Often enough that we were redeeming a Free medium pizza from spending so much money there. We ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza (Free) and bought a Buffalo chicken sandwich and garlic twist with the Five cheese dip (one of our children will only eat this) . My husband arrived home and the pizza and the sandwich were great. But we did not receive the twist and the dip was just burnt cheese at the bottom of a pasta dish. We live about 30 min away and they said they would remake the twist with cheese so we went back to the store after I allowed my children to eat what we did receive and when we arrive they said we needed to present them with the bites (we didn't order bites we ordered twist) that we never received and they hadn't even remade our stuff. And then they proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do because it took two hours to arrive back to the store which it did not. And I allowed my children to eat what we did receive so we wouldn't be eating cold pizza. I am very dissatisfied with this store tonight. This will probably be my last time ever going to this Dominos. This is the second time in a row that I've had a horrible experience. The last time it took over an hour after my food should have been ready to get it. People were parking in the grass and the parking lot next door because the parking lot was so full. Delivery drivers could barely get out, and no one inside was moving with any sense of urgency. The were moving around like turtles, and trying to avoid talking to anyone. Now, tonight I pull up the pickup only window to PICK UP, and nobody comes to the window for ten minutes, I see them looking at me out of the corner of my eyes, so I blew my horn and the all walked off. One guy came up and could see my truck, looked at me, and then ate a piece of pizza and walked off. Eventually they tell me to go to the other window. There is no indication that the window was closed, no sign on the window or anything. My food was already done, if they would have just told me to go to the other when they first seen me sitting there, or after I blew my horn, I would have been long gone.
