McDonald's — Restaurant in Semmes

If you know what's good for you, you should probably pass on eating at McDonald's Semmes Alabama. I went to order through the drive thru and they told me to hold on. Then proceeded to take three orders through the second drive thru. Finally they took my order. When I got to the window the took my $25.56 and asked me to pull forward. I did as they asked and watched 6 vehicles behind me get their orders and pull away. I got out of my vehicle and went in to get my money back and they said they really didn't like to give money back. They asked if I wanted some apple pies complimentary for my trouble only to find out they didn't have any ready. They put my name in a book for a free meal for the next time I visited. I took my order and drove home. When I arrived home my 2 cheese burgers from my order were missing so I called the McDonalds restaurant to tell them that I was missing some of my order. The manager added the two cheeseburgers to my name for the next visit. I hung up and proceeded to get the fish sandwiches out of the bag and noticed they felt kind of light. Upon opening the three fish sandwiches I noticed that all I got was buns, sause and cheese. I went back up to McDonalds with the three fish sandwiches and the lady manager said didn't you just call about you order and I said I did and when i hung up about the missing cheeseburgers, I then realized that the fish I purchased was missing. She then said so what you want your money back? I said I did and wanted to know when the Gen Manager would be in. She said Monday. I'll let you know if I get money back...but I doubt it...they probably won't be able to get that right either. Burger King you just got a new customer.

Worst place in semmes . Management is a joke . Went there on a Sunday evening around 9 pm and ordered a fish sandwich combo the girl taking my order said they only had sprite so I said that's fine . Pulled to pay window paid pulled to next window was told to pull up waited about 15 minutes. Finally a girl came out handed me my food I told her they didn't give me my sprite . She said I didn't have a sprite told her I ordered a combo . She went back inside I waited about 10 minutes another girl came out asked me if I had my receipt. I told her they didn't give me one . She handed me a sprite with an attitude like I did something wrong . And walked away. So I pulled back to the pay window and asked for my receipt. I wasn't trying to get anything it didn't pay for . But if the fish sandwich combo without a drink is 350 I was wondering why I paid right at 9 dollars for a fish sandwich and fry smh . The girl at the pay window handed my my receipt and shut the window in my face I sat there several minutes but she pretend she didn't see my but kept lookin at me out the corner of her eye . So I pulled to the next window a person opened the window asked to speak to manager she laughed said that's me and said you didn't think that did you . I thought to myself with Management like that how could you expect anything else . I didn't say it out loud . Told her a friend told me to call corporate she laughed and said what else did your friend tell you to do . I told her I was calling the store manager in the morning she laughed again said go ahead . I pulled off . I found out they can do what they want because you can't call yhe store all you get is a recording saying the voice-mail full...

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER. Went to go get breakfast, asked for the meal on drive thru, but the girl seemed so inconvenienced by me asking, that she rang it up as each item individually - so the total was more than a combo. I asked at the window to be charged correctly. The WHOLE staff, including management, seemed confused about how this refund would work. You would re-ring me up for the correct combo and refund me for the first charge of each item individually. Apparently, that's so hard for them because they charged me for a meal and then refunded me for the meal and even didn't want to give me the drink with my order. I had to come BACK to the McDonald's to try and explain this to them, but again, they seemed to not know what to do. They just gave me my money back in cash instead of correcting this with my card. Horrible service, and I don't know who the DM or SM, but they can not manage their stores correctly or locations. The employees are cussing during the shift, when I walked in, and they have long disgusting nails that look like they dont take care of, and that's what handling my food?! EW. Half their eyelashes are falling off, and I'm afraid it'll fall off into my food! I'm NEVER coming back here again.
