Mac and Charlie's Soda Shoppe — Restaurant in Senatobia

I went here today to pick up my favorite menu item, the Blended Affogato (basically a coffee milkshake). But, the two teenagers "working" there served me a cup full of completely melted coffee and cream, not frozen whatsoever. When confronted about it, they openly admitted that neither of them knew how to make this menu item. The only silver lining in all this was that they gave me a refund.
