I love Sonic. Worked at one for 6 years as a manager and this Sonic gives me concerns. The food comes as expected, but something always has hair in it. We give them chances but hair is always found in our food. None of the girls wear hair nets and there is a lot of hair rubbing and touching during the process of bagging food and making drinks. Employees also drink from personal cups in plain view of the customers. We once left without getting the food we ordered because one of the car hops was at a vehicle touching a guy's bloody arm and looking at his injury. They were friends obviously. No big deal. The concern was that she went right back through the door, grabbed a tray and took someone their food without washing her hands. She examined him like a nurse! He was parked right beside us so we saw and heard everything. Overall, a Sonic is a Sonic. This place isn't exceptional nor is it bad. Sanitation plays a major role in the food industry and this place could use a few tips on personal hygiene in the workplace. Morning crew is awesome. Ordered three kids meals last night and it was absolutely horrible, they messed up the order 4 times. One of the burgers was all to peices and flat honestly looked disgusting possably dropped on the floor the other had no cheese no pickles and wrong dressing. Had to wait 45 mins for them to finally get it right. Even after the 4th time someone had to come back out and ask me what was supposed to be on the burger. They were playing around. Thank you to my car hop for caring and to the guy who finally got the burgers right. I had a long 2hr drive so this was just a horrible night for us, the kids just wanted something simple to eat and was starving waiting. Do better....
