Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Senatobia

Worst pizza experience ever! I drove up and parked in front of the door and called to place my order. While watching the employees stand talking, I am on hold. After several minutes I hang up all call back. While listening to the recording, an employee walks out to visit with friends that are parked next to me. I am still on hold. I ask the employee if I need to go inside to order since no one is picking up the phone to take my order and he tells me. "No". I should have left but I really wanted a pizza. After another 8 minutes on hold I finally walk in and place my order. We are social distancing and I knew I should not go in, but i really wanted a pizza. I specifically told the young man twice, "no onions" on my supreme- well, i got onions. After 37 minutes, my thin crispy crust is not crispy but more of a stale bread. Gross! While waiting on my pizza, sitting in my car at the front on the store, I noticed that only one of the three young making pizzas men are wearing gloves. Bare hands are in the cheese, meats, stretching out dough... only one wears a hat, no one is six feet apart and no one wears a face mask. I am charged $3 more than what the website list the price of the pizza and the young man said they do not go by the price of the local pizza hut on line. This was a terrible experience! I wasted $15.58 and nearly an hour of my life for a medium supreme, with onions, stale crust pizza that I cannot eat. I will never go to pizza Hut again. I went to this store to pick up my order. Their app said it was ready. I followed the instructions on their sign so I texted them that I was there. A few minutes pass and still nothing. I am parked right in front of the store and I am staring right into it. I see nobody. The place looks empty. It is 9:40 P. M. And they close at 10:00 P. M. I know they are there because their delivery driver was walking into the store as I was parking. I called the store 3 times and was immediately put on hold with the computer saying they were that busy. I finally walk into this empty store. I had to yell twice, is anybody working? Two teenage boys finally walked out without a care in the world. They could have cared less that I had been waiting and they are not answering their phone or texts even though the signs on their windows are instructing us to do this. I’ve currently been standing in this location for over an hour I ordered a pizza at 5:45pm (18 minutes til ready) come back at 6:15 to pick up my pizza and it was thin crusted I returned it and was told that’s how there hand tossed pizza is I asked them to remake it correctly. Cashier informed me it would be 30 minutes I said that’s fine I paid so I want it made correctly.
