Trans# 002700 Ticket#022700 So I walked in the new Senatobia store for the first time today, grabbed my items in less than 5 minutes only to stand in line for 15 minutes while the Supervisor Lady argued with another customer at the front counter.
Then when the other customer finally left, the Supervisor continued to talk to the employee and make me wait. I voiced my compliant to the Supervisor Lady whom refused to even look at me. The employee (assoc XXXX on my receipt) asked how was my first experience, to which I replied horrible and the Supervisor still would not look at me and address the issue. So I told her on my way out I would not be back as long as she works there, to which she still would not look at me....
To the Manager on this new store, I recommend replacing your supervisor immediately. She has already cost you business!
To the area Manager, I would recommend following up on this one as it will only continue to worsen if you Supervisor won't even engage in customer problems. She should have never been arguing with a customer in the front of the store making other customers wait to begin with...

Staff had to go grab the item I needed and I was told to wait in line for them to grab it. While waiting at the register a line began to form and the manger, Craig Holland, came out to tell me I had to move to the back of the line while they got my item. I would’ve argued with him had there not been a mother and her daughter behind me. Instead of him stepping up as a manger and checking me out while I waited for the item to be brought to me, he just brushed me off while he drank his coffee. As a manager you would think he would be able to do a simple transaction other than telling me to get in the back of the line that had been forming due to his employees taking forever. Read moreThe manager Craig clearly does not have the skills to de-escalate when there is frustration with a customer. Instead he informs us that he will continue to make his 6 figure pay and be happy about it whether we are happy with our experience as customers. All we asked was to buy a large tool box and were told they didn’t have enough employees on staff to load it we would have to come back between 11-3 the next day we asked to be able to set it on the trailer ourselves but store policy didn’t allow. He may have been just following rules as I am sure he was but bragging about such lucrative salary as he made it seem and to belittle us was classless and childish. Luckily I videoed the interaction.
