Well I stopped at the vape store and purchased a Delta-9 vape and about an hour later I was arrested and charged with having it by the Senatobia City Police Department. I was told it was illegal and was arrested by the same cop that had previously rode through the parking lot twice while we were at the location but I was arrested at Walmart an hour later while sitting in the car with my girlfriend scratching lottery tickets. We both were arrested and charged with it and hadn't even smoked from it yet but he searched my car illegally after asking if I had a medical Marijuana card. He had no reason to approach us in the vehicle and no knowledge of anything else. So...
