We normally place calling orders about three times a week and go in maybe once to eat inside on January 23. We placed a call in order a cheeseburger plate and a club sandwich plate I asked for mayonnaise to be put on my club. I just saw a man assume that they cut the club cause everywhere I’ve ever ordered one at it’s always been cut, but this was the first time ordering it here sandwich had no mayonnaise on it was not cut. The bread was stale. The coworker that had the cheeseburger plate said at hers wasn’t that good either but I called back and I talked to the girl and she remembered the order and I told her what was wrong with my club and she was like they didn’t cut it or put mayonnaise on it. I was like no I even took a picture of it. She said they would replace it and I told her it would probably be in a couple days before I did a replacement because we were gonna be off work and I normally don’t eat there when I’m off work I said OK I’ll come in on Monday but I got the flu and couldn’t go in or maybe I should’ve went in when I was contagious so on January 29 I call and talk to I believe was the same young lady and she did not remember anything like that because she said she doesn’t work on Thursdays and that was when the order was placed that girl was off and only worked on Thursday through the weekend so she placed me on hold to go see if she could find any note that was left because the girl took my name down when I called about the order being wrong and I told her that I did not get back in because I had the flu and was just getting over it She come back about 10 minutes later and said well I spoke to my mom and she doesn’t have any memory of this just happened that Thursday about 6 or 7:00 PM they couldn’t replace the order I said OK I’m not gonna argue with you. I spent at least $80 a week if not more in the restaurant so if y’all are willing to lose that $80 then I’m willing except that your bread was old and I will not go back And I’m not that customer that says I will not go back and then I go back. I’m that customer that Will not be back you act like you’re the only restaurant in Seneca well, Time drive-in has a good club sandwich and so does Seneca family restaurant that’ll be who’s getting my money from now on and if anyone ask me how the restaurant is I’ll tell them just make sure your order is right before you leave and be sure it’s not old and stale They will not make it good I would not recommend this restaurant their prices maybe cheaper, but I rather have good food than a cheaper price as I told my coworkers if they order anything from that restaurant, they would have to go pick it up their self. I will not go pick any more orders up. Maybe one day you can get it right learn how to check the date...
