Never even went to this shop, called them to see if they were open, was going to bring my wife’s new PC build in due to video output issues. The gentleman that answered said their tech works specific days and wasn’t there but that I could drop it off if I wanted. I explained the new build just to see if it was something they’d even work on and he just asked what issues I was having, and right there on the phone he quickly helped me diagnose what he thought the issue might be and damn if he wasn’t spot on. Simple mistake on my part, but it was refreshing to have someone just care enough to try and figure it out with me and without even doing business with them.
I haven’t shopped here before and didn’t even know about its existence until I did a google search, I will however use them from now on for both parts and any assistance I may need in the future. Appreciate whoever I talked to, you really made our day...

As a new switch owner I was unaware when purchasing switch collections less than half is gonna be on the actual cartridge. So when I buy this Doom collection and I get it home it's only got one game on it.. I was hoping for more. Upon calling the store I'm told they "only offer store credit in instances such as these" and that "collections are priced accordingly assuming the DLC is already gone" (price checking online compared with computer plus shows CP is a bit more expensive) so yeah first time customer wasn't too impressed unfortunately I'm sure they'll comment to me asking me to email them to make it right, guys. I just want my $ back. This is a PSA to every business everywhere. We live in the year 2023. This is America. And no refunds? I think...
Read moreMy computer was running really slow and locking up a lot. I called Computer Plus and asked if they could look at it for me and what the cost would be. They told me depending whats wrong with it will impact the price but $65.00 usually covers most issues. I brought in the work station only. My machine has two hard drives and one was failing. They pulled the bad drive and transferred my data from my backup drive over, reloaded the software and couldn't have been easier to work with on this problem. When I brought the hard drive home my monitor wasn't working right... it was missing a few drivers so I called Mitch and he told me to bring my monitor and the station in and they would make sure the monitor functioned as well. The charge for this ZERO. Fixed me right up and things are working very well. Great service I recommend Computer Plus!!
