New Update 11/20/19: Service has gotten much better since manager Stephanie has come up to Seneca. Service is much better, food is hot, and attitudes are a night and day difference.
Update: I went in this morning and if anything the management has gotten worse. The girl at the register was friendly. She needed help and the manager walked up with an attitude, slammed her card through the slot with attitude, forcefully hit the buttons, and walked off. I told the girl she handled that well and she said "just gotta keep smiling". I hope something is done soon or the good employees they do have will quit due to the attitude of the manager. Oh and I forgot to mention our order wasn't even correct that the manager put together. Guess we will have to keep going up the street and hope it gets better.
Food is usually consistent and good. The service has fell of dramatically in the early morning especially on Friday. It went from being fast, efficient, friendly service with the previous manager (Suzy), to being no since of urgency and long waits. Read moreevery experience I've had at this bojangles for the last 6 years has been horrible, the employees don't even seem to know their own menu and act confused when I emphasized i wanted a breast and leg with a biscuit and no side (it took them about 5 minutes to figure out how to put it into the machine), along with the rest of my order. I got to the window and they gave me the wrong drink size, they didn't even have the large fries I had paid for, even though it was on my receipt, and when they did give me the fries they were very obviously old fries that got dipped into the oil to make them warm again and there wasn't even a dust of seasoning on them. Read moreThis location has gone downhill since it's Grand Opening. The biscuits are always good, but the drive thru service has really gone downhill. Twice I have been to this location and ordered, paid and THEN been told I would have to pull forward and wait on the side of the building for my food. Customers should be informed when placing their order if a particular item is not prepared or ready to be bagged so you can be on your way. Customers want options. If I've already paid for my food, and you wait until you hand me the receipt to let me know I'm going to have to sit on the side of the building for 10 minutes while you cook something that I ordered, what choice do I have? Today this happened to me and I was 12 minutes late for work. This could have been completely avoided had the person taking my order let me know when I ordered that the item was not prepared and there would be a wait. I could have selected something else from the menu and gotten to work on time, just by the cashier...
