Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Seven Lakes

In the 6 months that we have lived here we have ordered from this location countless times, often with issues in the order. Over the last few weeks I have ordered from them at least once a week, usually a pickup order.

Tonight I ordered two medium pizzas & 2 sodas for delivery. One pizza was completely destroyed, looked like it had been dropped and smushed back together.

When I called to ask for a refund or replacement the girl I spoke to was very kind and understanding and assured me they would remake the pizza and have another delivery driver bring it, although it might take 30-45min.

They also gave us water instead of the soda I ordered and paid for.

On top of the 4.99 delivery fee I added a $5 tip. Only to receive garbage pizza that wasn’t edible and water instead of soda, which I’m sorry, you can’t mix those up.

Here we are 1:30hrs after I was told my order would be replaced and I am on hold waiting to speak to the manager. When I was told he “was busy making food for customers” I responded that I am a paying customer who already paid and didn’t receive what I ordered, was assured it would be corrected and replaced and here I am still waiting. I am currently acting as a single mom with 3 small children who need to eat and my time and money matters.

Loyal customers deserve more respect. I will not purchase from this restaurant again and I will be requesting a full refund as well as calling corporate.

Why does it seem that the further I get from Domino's farms in Ann arbor, Michigan ( Domino's Headquarters ) the more difficult it is to get a good pizza from this franchise? You can spend $45 on a 14-in pizza and it's barely even a quarter inch thick when it comes to your door. I can get better food quality and value going to a sit-down pizzeria. This review is not based on just one experience. It's based on every experience that I've had with this one particular location as well as several around the country since I travel for my occupation. This one in particular was one of the worst. If what I wanted was a snack, I could go to the dollar menu at McDonald's. If I want a meal and I want to pay 45 bucks for an average pizza meal I expect my money's worth. I will say that they were friendly the first time I called and complained and yet when they made the pizza to replace what I had complained about, it turned out to be just as measley as the first pizza. The quality was a little bit better but the value was horrible. They'll tell you that everything is measured but I guarantee you I can show them another franchise that makes a much better Pizza. You won't complain about spending that kind...

I was charged for a salad I never received and was never credited back after contacting the store and was told I would be. On another date I placed an order at 6:30pm and was notified that my order was being check for quality perfection at 6:58pm, after an hour I called the store and was told they only had one delivery driver and it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I called the store and was told “your food is still here, I mean you can come get it if you want” by a careless teenager. When I arrived at the store my food was cold (from sitting there for 2 hours) and was never credited back the delivery charge. Will not be going to this...
