Went to this Arby’s to pick up some food to take back to our condo. Drove to the restaurant and went inside lobby and placed order. Took the order back and my wife opened her Beef and Cheddar to see this. It had a strange smell and did not look like roast beef. I drove back down to the Arby’s to speak with someone about the sandwich and was met by the same young gentleman who took my order. He was young and very polite and he said let me get my manager. He walked to the kitchen area where I could still see and hear him and told the lady that was back there moving sauce bottles around that I needed to speak to her. She peeked around and continued with her sauces and acting busy with no customers in the store or drive-thru. I stood there several minutes with the young man standing there looking back into the kitchen and her still refusing to come out to speak with me. Finally after several minutes an older gentleman who was cleaning tables and trash came up and said what is wrong, what you need. I began to unwrap the sandwich to show him since he asked what was wrong and he got loud and said I don’t need to see it just tell me what you need. I told him it was a Beef and Cheddar. He told the manager he needed a Beef and Cheddar and he tossed it on the counter never offering to put it in a bag. I turned to walk away leaving the bag with the sandwich they had prepared earlier and the older guy said take you other one with you in a very sarcastic voice. I picked it up and walked to the garbage can and disposed of it. The food was all terrible once I did make it back to the condo. From reading past reviews there appears to be a problem here with employees and food quality. I completed a survey on my receipt and was offered a free sandwich. I politely told them I was not interested in a free sandwich and had requested to speak with someone. Have not heard from anyone. I suggest you look elsewhere to spend your money and get a decent meal. If you enjoy poor customer service, rude employees, and poor management who could care less about you as a customer, you will...
Read moreOrder food through drive-thru and told that young kid, please can I get ketchup and h. sauce, he told me to pull upfront. Why? There was nobody front of me or behind me. He brought me a food thru lobby and ask me again, what sauces do I need it and I repeat! I waited in car, hoping he is bringing it. He was chatting with other employee outside still no response, after while he wass going inside and still nothing, so I got up and followed him inside, because it was closer to the door, instead drive around again! Soon as I entered, just to get my ketchup and sauce, some short heavy set woman started yelling at me, that I don't have no business to be here! Hmm well if I get what I was asking for in the first place, I wouldn't be here right!? I asked 4 times if i can get my missing items, she kept yelling that i need to go get it in drive-thru, while the sauces WERE right front of her! Like really!? If lobby WERE "closed" why they are bringing the food thru lobby?! Pretty stupid if you ask me! If you expect customers follow the rules and regulations, why don't you start wit yourself first and most of all! She needs to learn how to treat people with respect, she is nasty and unprofessional. If she hates her job that much, then management should consider to replaced her immediately! That is not how you take care of customers! If anyone will pay attention to their job, this would never happened and unnecessary issues could have been avoided! This place needs serious...
Read moreWent thru drive thru. They were doing one order at at time and making people wait until the other order was paid and served to take the next cars order. When I finally was ready to put in my order I let the boy know it would be two orders. He told me that they only have one computer and he could only take one order and I needed to come inside. I told him I'd already waited for three cars to put in their order and that I didn't want to come inside so instead they could take my order as one order and give me the subtotal when I was done and then give me the total when she was done. They were extremely rude about this after yelling at me that I had to come inside. A lady got on there and stared yelling that I would have to come inside for the second order. I told her it was one order I just needed to know how much the other girl owed me for her food which is why I needed to know the total after I was done and then she was to add the rest to the same order and give me the whole total and we would figure out the math. After I finally got my order put in I went to the window where they shoved my food at me and slammed the window shut. I guess it is just poor training because any fast food restaurant I had ever worked at you could open more then one check on one computer so that you could...
