We’ve been excited to visit and what a huge disappointment our visit was. Asked for a draft menu- bartender brought 1 menu for food and 1 draft beer menu for my husband and I to share. Bar was completely empty except for 3 men playing the worst game of pool in their entire life, balls kept flying off the table towards us. Food is extremely overpriced for the quality and portions. Chips and Salsa are from Aldi- how do I know, because I buy Aldi Chips & Mild Salsa very often. $16.99 for a small portion of burnt ends that were primarily fat is absurd. The burnt ends are also from Aldi and microwaved! $6.99 for flavorless Street Corn Dip and Aldi Chips. The fact that they advertise XUL beer but actually do not have it on tap speaks volumes! We live in Johnson City, and between the TriCities you can find XUL on tap easily. At the end of our visit the bartender asked how the food was and we did let her know how terrible it was. Bartender brought our tab and stood in front of us while we paid via phone / QR code. Even with a terrible experience, we would have never walked out on a tab.

New local beer garden tailored to accommodate the locals of sevierville and Kodak. 50 different taps! Amazing environment and spacious outdoor area, they even have a dog park! There is an entire wall consisting of garage doors that lift to provide and open feeling and provide more space as people come in. As of right now they have cornhole boards but will be getting a mechanical bear to ride soon and some table games such as giant jenga, cards against humanity, uno, etc. They had live music when I came and they say they will be having bands every weekend! Menu is currently only hotdogs but will be starting to serve personal pizzas this week, with the possibility of further branching out. Environment is chill and laid back and the staff of very friendly and accommodating!

My band plays here from time to time and we eat here too. I had a BBQ pizza and it was really good. The staff are great to deal with too. Plenty of room, outside dining and the place is clean. However, I don't care for the sink setup in the men's room. It's a beer brewer theme that looks cool, but doesn't function well. Water just trickles out and forget hot water. Parking is good, too. And I can't forget to mention they have live music! From a band's point of view, they have a nice stage to play from with a good amount of room to setup. šŸŽ¹šŸŽ¹šŸŽ¹šŸŽ¹šŸŽ¹šŸŽ¹

I read some reviews prior to coming, as I always scour reviews before I try a new place. For anyone that complained about the food obviously didn’t understand, this place has a small menu, a bar food menu. With that being said, get the pretzel!

This is the kind of place where EVERYONE can go and enjoy their time where prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. With both inside & outside seating there is plenty of space for a group. Before we came I called to ask if it was ā€œfamily friendlyā€ (I also respect places that request kids don’t come…because, even as a Mom of 3, sometimes kids running around at a bar is annoying). As soon as I was told that it was kid friendly, we made our way in. This place even has a fenced-in area for kids to play soccer! Multiple game options allow for kids to stay busy while adults savor well earned adult beverages. With that said, adults can still join in on lawn games too (connect 4, plastic axe throwing, cornhole, etc). Speaking of the beverages…a vast selection of beer & ciders are on tap! I personally opted for a flight of local brews. Though they are not labeled I simply asked the bartender which ones were which and put a cocktail straw in my first selection so I could remember them.

We ordered so many food items for the table and ended up going in to order more as my kids completely crushed the pretzels with cheese. The few times I went back outside after ordering resulted in them taking their time from behind the bar to bring out the food before I even noticed that it was ready. Both Lydia & Megan were FANTASTIC! They were kind to my entire group and were efficient at also clearing the table as they brought more food out.

Ps…strange thing to note, but the bathroom sinks are SOOO cool! Go take a peek!

The only negative I can even remotely think of is that the mosquitos were annoying but obviously they cannot control that and a quick blast of mosquito spray rectified the problem, allowing us to keep enjoying our time on the patio! Oh! And that the ā€œI’d Tap Thatā€ shirt was out of stock, because I would have totally bought it! I did get another shirt though!

100% recommend this spot as an easy hangout destination without the chaos of the crowded overhyped -expensive options...

So I often travel to the area and always enjoy stopping for nice cold beer and some food. All the times I have stopped in the past year tonight really left a bad taste in my mouth. The usual bartender was not available tonight and a new young lady was present. We were greeted with the usual show ID and give credit card for a tab. All always I gladly get my favorite beverage and explain how my company is going to pay for my food tonight on a separate card. Take in mind I just finished a 15 hour work shift me and my coworker are very very hungry. I go to place a a food order and because we are paying with separate card for food she tells me to save that for last. After the beer order I go to get her attention for the food as we just hade 10 minutes to pour 1 beer and grab a bottle from the back. She delivers the beer and as I’m trying to talk to her she walks away. No biggie I think, surely she didn’t ignore me but I was wrong. Off to all the other people that walked in and had just got to the bar wanting a drink. Another 15 minutes later and only one order took as the entire bar still waited for there drinks to be refilled. She walks back and I explain to her after noticing the place getting very packed and the cook getting extremely overwhelmed that I probably would not be eating anytime soon. So not an issue I tell her I’m going to finish my beer and try and hurry to another place a little less crowded before everyone is closed and get some food. For some odd reason she takes that as a good time to walk away when I really wanted my check. Another 10 minutes go by and I attempted to get her attention multiple times to pay but it’s not doing anything. Definitely the worst customer service and slowest with absolutely no hustle for the fact there’s was 15 empty cups of people waiting the entire time I was there. So I decided to leave cash and hurry to a fast food restaurant to eat. Minutes later I get a 25 dollar charge to not only my card but my co workers card as well. We had one beer and left a cash tip to be considerate knowing our card was on file. Very sad to of had this experience but I hope this reaches the owners and operators of the company so I can continue my return to this...
