La Catrachada Mexican & latino grill — Restaurant in Sevierville

We were the only table in the restaurant besides 5 guys at the bar so the time wasn't about being short employees. It took 25 minutes to get our food after ordering. My wife's food was good. I ordered the Choripollo. It arrived without the chorizo, and no I learned a long time ago, don't ever send your food back. Flavor was lacking bad. The rice looked like it was bagged rice with the peas, green beans and carrots in it. The salsa was salty. Once the server brought us our food we never saw him again. Drinks ran out. A table of about 10 people came in and our server and another female server were sure quick to hop on serving them though. I had to go and get our server from the back just to pay for the food so we could leave. The 5 guys at the bar were constantly being waited on by the 2 females and the guy that was supposed to be waiting on us. Just an all around bad experience. I do hope they get it together because with it being a different style it would make a great addition to choices here in...

My least favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.. we walked in and were greeted but had to wait to be sat while this isn’t being picky we were the only ones in the restaurant. After we got a seat and the man took our drink order it took him 10 minutes to return with two bottled drinks and two fountain drinks they had a very loud busted speaker blaring where we were sitting. When we ordered our food it took at least 30 minutes to get half of our food for a party of 4. When I got my nachos i had ordered it had giant globs of sour cream which I asked not to be put on there when I told him he just took it and scraped the sour cream off and gave it back to me if I known that’s what he was gonna do it would’ve just done it myself. The price was not worth the experience we had i probably won’t return here for a while. The entire time we were there the staff was behind the bar just staring at us and giggling keep in mind this was a Friday around 12:00 so no they weren’t about to...

Quite possibly one of the worst meal experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The service was horrible, not friendly at all and not attentive. It took almost 40 minutes to get our meal (there were a total of 4 tables seated and 2 servers). Drinks sat empty, the nachos were gross, I’ve never had arroz con polo served without queso and yet my husbands enchiladas were covered in so much cheese that he had to scrape most of it off. Waitress refused to even look our way when walking through the dining room to her one other table. She spent a lot of the time idly by on the phone. The music was so loud that we gave up trying to have a conversation. We won’t be back and if you are reading this review, don’t waste your time or money! Go to La Caretta instead, the only reason we didn’t go there tonight was because their parking lot was packed without a single spot open, and now you know why.....
