Starbucks — Restaurant in Sevierville

Be aware this does not have a drive thru. The Starbucks is inside of the grocery store. The staff was great. Here's a thought for the young lady. She gave the 11 year old a hot sandwich in the regular wrapper than warned her be careful .....some of our customers have told us the sandwich falls out of the wrapper. So I asked her for a small bag. Her reply... oh!!! we do not have those. ALL other Starbucks I've been to have bags for merchandise. Stopped in at 8:35 to get a coffee. Google said they close at 9pm. Two girls at the counter. One was going to wait on me but the other one told her no we are closed. And would not take my order. This is the BEST Starbucks in Sevier County. Do not go anywhere else for you coffee needs. Kristin and her staff are unbelievable and go above and beyond serving their customers. I am a teacher in the county and they go out of their way to take a large order for me on Fridays and have it ready before I come in, so I can make it to school on time.
