The "Management" here is awful. A couple weeks ago there was an online glich that sent my paid order to a different store. When I arrived, with no order waiting, I identified the issue. Frustratingly I paid for another order in store. The person behind the counter understood and said she'd put my name on a list and I could swing by and pick up a sandwich on the house; she made me a happy customer. Today, I called ahead to redeem sandwich, they called back and said I may have to explain what happened to the manager when I arrive. When I arrive the manager states he needs some 'proof' , while I could search thru emails, they had my order already, I did not have to give them anything but my name. At yhis moment I realize they haven't started making the sandwich, that they have had almost an hour to do and wanted to argue. Where is the integrity? Thank you to the person who initially made thing right. Shame on the 'manager' who made it...

Bad experience the other day, I was in a hurry, so I called in a sandwich for the drive through, as I was pulling up to firehouse, & I was told that it would be 15-20 minutes for my sandwich, there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, & this was a ridiculous amount of time to wait, as I've never waited more than 10 minutes when they were completely packed full of people, so I canceled the order, went inside, & there was a group of 4, waiting for their sandwiches, a couple of people finished, & walking put the door, the place was empty, except for the full staff of employees all over, waiting for something to do. I ordered me sandwich, & it was out in less than 5 minutes, yet I had been told it would take 15-20 minutes to receive a sandwich, that took two minutes to make. I had an issue with the cashier on the 8th of March. The female cashier told me the wrong total and I paid 2 dollars more. When I looked at the receipt it said 20 plus change not 22 plus change. It is just 2 dollars and it won't change my life but what is right is right. After she gave me my money back she said something under her breath right in front of my face to the sandwich assembler next to her then he started shouting some words I didn't hear clearly but I knew they were directing that at me. Horrible experience and I will never go back if I see her there. I may be judging by the cover but she looked like she was a little shady, maybe have an addiction problem. Maybe she does this to other people so she can get extra money for her fix. I know its hard to find good help but depending on people like that will drive...
