Sparetime Lounge and Grill — Restaurant in Seward

I was there last night and my server at the bar was Caitlyn. She was very rude to the woman 2 seats down from me. Caitlyn was insisting that the woman was an alcoholic. She was also rude to the woman sitting next to me and all we were doing was laughing. She told us we needed to be quieter. We are at the bar laughing having a good time, that's what your suppose to be doing. It was 10x louder an hour later she didn't say anything to the guys in the bar. She asked me how I was doing, I asked for another beer. She told me 2x the kitchen closes at 10pm and that I have been there for awhile and suggested I eat some food in front of everyone. It was extremely embarrassing. I drank 2 beers in 2 hours. I told her 2x I ate before I got there. I am 44 years old, I don't have to explain myself to the bartender. I suggest you guys find another server or someone who isn't jealous of other woman at the bar. Your going to lose service because of her. I shouldn't of even tipped her but I am a...

What in the world happened to this place. Use to have amazing service and food. Went in today and from time we finally got someone to take our drink order to the time we got our food it was 56 minutes, that is completely unacceptable. Got the food and it was warm not hot, fries you can tell had been sitting for a while, and burgers are premade frozen patties with no flavor. This use to be a good place to go and it has gone down hill. Owner was in his office and would come out from time to time but never noticed there was problems. Caught waitress complaining about another table not giving her enough of a tip. Guy running the kitchen was hanging out by the bar and his staff was in the back working by himself.

Update: We didn't leave a tip because of the horrible service and food and the waitress took pictures of all of our parties credit card receipts and was sending them to people. Would never recommend this...

I ordered a burger and it was burnt and it didn’t have much flavor. It looks like they didn’t season the burger, the fries were ok but I wouldn’t eat them. For a place that recommends on having milkshakes, I was expecting actual frozen strawberries, ice cream, and milk being blended. The milkshake was ok but I wouldn’t order it again. The service was slow, how long does it take to put burgers on a grill and make fries? The waitress we had didn’t have good service manners. Rather than feeling welcomed and being checked on about our food we just given the more quiet treatment and she just didn’t have good enough manners to be a server.
