Verizon — Local services in Seward

The district manager of this store was working when we went into buy new phones. He sold us our phones and did a horrible job! He was more worried about his vacation he was going on. He told us we couldn't use our Verizon up device dollars and to call customer service. Verizon customer service said they should have used them in the store and what they did was wrong. When trying to get back in touch with the stores district manager to use them we got the run around and ended up not getting to use them. He was also extremely rude and tried to say I never asked about the device dollars. We also explained the chargers we needed for our new phones and he ended up giving us way more accessories then we needed. Also kept trying to sell us a iPad after I said I already own one. I have tried to get in touch with customer service for victra they never return calls or emails, I ended up giving up. I would not recommend using authorized retailer victra!! Stick to Verizon and not a 3rd party! On a good note the staff that works in the store have great customer...

Representative was SO helpful and kind. I'm horrible with names but think her name was Jamie or J-something...black hair, pretty, but O'so helpful! Planning my return visit to finish our phone/account order around her being in the office. So friendly, understanding and pleasant! Think I'll be driving from Lincoln to the Seward Victor office to do my own phone acct stuff when going to an actual office is required. Would rather have teeth pulled than walk into any Lincoln...

I went in to upgrade my phone and the told me that the Moto Z 2 force was back ordered until September. I called Verizon and they told me the Lincoln stores had plenty in stock. I went to the Verizon on N 27th Street and they had the phone I wanted and the set my new phone up for free were Seward would have charged for setting up a phone and their price for the phone was higher then in Lincoln.
