Neutral Grounds — Restaurant in Seward

Saturday hours are posted as closing at 2:30pm. A little after 2pm staff refused to serve drinks. They claimed that they stop serving at 2pm.

Please update hours to show that you close at 2pm, not 2:30pm. Staff were gone and shop dark before 2:30pm (Note to management: make sure you do not pay them to be there until 2:30pm).

Staff definitely wanted to be gone as soon as possible on Saturday 15 April.

I cannot rate the drinks, since they will not serve drinks when they are officially open. Huge...

This review is after two visits. On our last visit (4/15): We came in an hour before close. The kitchen was clean but they said they had zero food items to serve us. They didn't offer drinks. We got lunch elsewhere. At 2:05 we went back in for drinks. They said they stop all service at 2:00 pm. They were closed and the lights were off before their 2:30 posted closing time. Neutral Grounds is always a favorite for us and we are so thankful it’s located in our home town! We are proud to take all our visitors out of state during each visit.
