If you tell a customer that you’ll make a specialty item for them then, you should honor that. Don’t lie to the custom just bc you don’t want to make their order. The customer could have an allergy or a religious belief that you’re unaware of. Your job as a front end employee is to show curtesy to the customers needs. It’s a shame this young lady didn’t understand the assignment. Life’s to short to be a booger, if you’re going through something and need to make a change then, do so accordingly. Don’t take your personal aggression out on ppl that make it possible for you to have a pay check. This young girl made it clear she wasn’t interested in accommodating our needs. Read moreI know it was lunch time...but this place is lacking help seriously. The young man was sooo busy making food...and operating register then handling money & food. I can imagine people coming to eat and not paying. Inpossible to keep track. Then a young lady came to help him in same manner. No masks no washing hands? Dirty tables so new customers had no place to sit...then when finally someone cleaned them there's no sanitizing at all going on here. I may go back but not at lunch for buffet. Otherwise...food...
