We placed an order over the phone to be delivered. The guy on the phone seemed friendly and happy to take our order. After about 20 minutes our pizza shows up. The delivery guys appearance was sloppy. His pants looked like he slept in them then came to work. We opened the breadsticks to discover the ranch we paid for was missing. I called them back and the friendly guy told us he would send them out right away and gave us a free drink for the mishap. The breadsticks were wonderful but when we opened our pizza I was shocked. It was way too overdone and completely missing the Buffalo sauce. Not to mention it was cold. Not sure how a pizza that was overdone could be cold but whatever. We called back and they said they would send another pizza out promptly. Shortly after the delivery guy came with our ranch and drink. We told him about the pizza and he requested to look at it. I brought him out a slice and he began to pick it apart with his fingers. Gross. He seemed annoyed that we requested a new one but went on his way. Ten minutes later a piping hot Buffalo Chicken Pizza arrived which was also burnt. The pizza was just ok. The Wal-Mart brand Buffalo Chicken Pizza is way better for 1/6th of the cost. Then to top it all off not even 15 minutes later my co-worker and I got nauseated and sick. Never again will I EVER order...
Read moreI had left a bad review awhile ago on here and after today, I had a much better experience. I am currently sick with pneumonia and having pizza so I didn't have to cook tonight was awesome. The manager, (I apologize for not remembering her name 😞) was very kind and not only went out of her way to improve my experience, but she gave us a free meal and my 2 year old was so excited to see his "cheese bread" lol I feel the manager went above and beyond to help change the experience I last had. The manager on duty, Amanda, was also very nice and I hope they give her as well as Andrew a raise because those two are wonderful employees, along with their store manager of course. I may have had a bad experience in January but not many places go above and beyond to fix those situations and I feel like they exceeded my expectations. The 3 people I had dealt with were a lot more kind than the last person I spoke to awhile back. If you ever have a problem definitely talk to the manager because she will most definitely fix the experience you had. I have nothing but nice things to say after today's experience. Food was warm still and I live 30 minutes away, and everything was delicious. I would most definitely go back...

I placed an app order, got there 5 minutes after it said it was done, pull up to the window, one guy walks out of sight, I can hear the phone constantly ringing, no one answers the phone or checks the pickup window. I wait 10 minutes at the window, nothing. I backup and run over the dinger cord again, then forward, nothing. I try calling while sitting at the window 🤣, no one answers, but I can hear it ringing through the window, after 5 more minutes a lady comes to the window and says the dinger is broken.
