Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seymour

My husband loves Dunkin, I do not. But this morning I decided to try something new. The lady taking my order was hateful, explained what a latte was 3 times in a row without letting me speak or I asking for her explanation. All I wanted was granulated sugar added to an Iced Caramel Latte. Then, I ordered a large cold brew w/ blueberry and coconut milk. She said they no longer have coconut milk so I said Almond Milk is fine. I get to the window, hand her my card, she starts doing other stuff and 4 mins later hands me my card and receipt. Then goes to hand me a black iced coffee. I asked about the almond milk, she responds with “I thought you said you didn’t want any milk”. If she would have been focused on taking my order rather than talking to me like a child, and ranting about how lattes are made, she’d have known what I ordered. Took the lid off with her bare hands, after handling everyone’s money, dumped the top of my coffee out, threw in some milk (not sure it was even almond), came back and continued b!tching because she didn’t hear me, making me feel like she was calling me a liar. I was so shook up and flustered I hit the curb pulling out! Whoever is working the window today, 3/1/24, needs to learn some customer service. Nothing but hatefulness...

Seymour Dunkin has improved the quality of their beverages and service drastically since originally opening. It does seem like they struggle with employee retention, they are always training someone new. These are struggles I think that anyone in leadership or management can understand and relate to.

My food has always been correct and tasted delicious. My go to is a medium iced latte made with oatmilk, sugar free blueberry syrup, and 3 stevia. It never disappoints. To those in the reviews commenting on the employees/owners English speaking skills, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I challenge you to dedicate yourself to learning another language. See for yourself how easy it is. They know an entire language plus some English language. Google translate is free to download. The doughnuts were the worst I've ever bought the service was so bad that they should have their franchise taken away I was the only customer in the store with 6 employees and was totally ignored then I nice looking lady walked in and the men were tripping over themselves to serve her before me and I could tell she was very uncomfortable the way they was staring at her like she was a peice of meat I could tell they was talking about her even though it wasn't in English I posted this on my Facebook account and not surprising there was several women that commented they had the same experience and every comment was bad so to Dunkin Doughnuts had better take a look at this store in Seymour Indiana before you end up...
