Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Seymour

Went there last night to get food to go and it took 20 min. Before someone took my order. Once order was taken I watched the employees go in and out back door to smoke cig. And coming back in and going back to work without washing their hands. Not to mention the guy behind me new a employee that was making pizzas she came out hugged the guy said I'll get you some food started grabbing food from warmer and put fresh cookies in oven for him as well and the guy didn't even pay for any food at all she even informed the man she had found another job and would start on Monday. The floor was covered in water that was leaking from someplace employees kept sliding in the water almost falling catching themselves. Seemed as if none of them cared to mop the water up. There wasn't even anyone eating in the restaurant. Now I understand why if they had experienced half of what I did. I called Corp pizza hut after spending almost $35.00 knowing that I wasn't even going to eat the food I purchased after my experience not knowing if I was going to get sick from them not washing their hands sticking his hands in spaghetti and sauce then making pizza not to mention no gloves on half the employees and some had no hair nets or the men with facial hair didn't even have beard guards on. So this is my hour and 15 min. experience at Pizza Hut. Wanted to get something different for supper and lost my appetite with in mins of even being there. So sad that I even expressed myself and the guy could just say sorry like he didn't even care. Not sure if I want ever try the place again but my son loves eating there and I use to but I won't pay that kinda money ever and not be able to eat my food,unless that place cleans up and ppl are trained to be cleaner I no we won't be...

I placed an app order here for a larger lunch delivery that went absolutely horribly. The order was originally placed (days ahead of time) to arrive at noon but was showing up as going to deliver at 1pm. When I called to inquire about the order whoever answered was incredibly and unnecessarily rude. When I asked about the timing he explained he didn’t know why it was showing as as 1pm delivery but here would get it here as soon as possible. Obviously, that being quite ambiguous I asked what that meant and he explained he had about 30 customer orders he needed to make before mine. What is the putting in an order ahead of time if it doesn’t actually arrive on time nor hi in the appropriate order in the queue?

When I called one last time to check on the delivery status he underestimated the delivery time again.

I hope this man isn’t the owner because he doesn’t seem to have a clue on customer service nor his order execution capabilities. I understand if you’re flustered due to being busy but there is a way to handle customers with kindness and grace rather than being short and nasty.

And to top it all off the pizza was fine. I frequent Pizza Hut quite often and this was sub average.

Went into this pizza hut for a quick bite to eat before heading home. Worse decision: placed our order at 440 with one other couple in the restaurant waited 20 minutes to get fries and wings dropped off at the table, waited another 20 minutes after that to get our 5 personal pan pizzas, then after them waited another 10 minutes to get our half of our cheese sticks. Walked up and asked for the other cheese sticks and boxes so we could just leave. The manager comes up arguing with me that we have all our food when clearly we didn't. Then does the best customer service of all and throws the cheese sticks at me and throws 2 boxes in my face. If I could have given no stars and still wrote a review I most definitely would have. Not to mention I had my three young children with me ! Working on finding out if this is corporate owned...
