This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We order over $60 worth of food. They couldn’t even make the Ham sub on the bread selected and the Ham was spoiled. So there went $10 on a sub that we couldn’t even eat. The BLT No bread bowl they gave us only had Lettuce, cold bacon, and tomato when it says it comes with: bacon, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green peppers, black olives, and red onions. So basically we paid $13 for bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I could have went to buy this at the grocery store for less. The Cinnabon churro was crap. It was hard and stale. It was honestly the worst churro I’ve ever had in my life. When I called to speak with a manager to explain the errors and ask if they would either remake the food or refund the money, I instead got a snotty attitude from the employee who didn’t want to put me on the phone with a manager. She instead put me on hold but I could still hear everything she was saying to another employee. When she came back to the phone she said the BLT bread bowl doesn’t come with everything it says online, that they make it different in store differently.
Well that’s false advertisement. Don’t put on your website that a product comes with specific ingredients, charge $13 for it, and then say “We don’t make it in store how it is stated online.”
Anyway She then told me to call back another day and when I asked for the district managers name and number, she refused. So I filed a complaint with corporate and have yet to hear back. My husband stood there for 10 more minutes before they even attempt to start making them meanwhile they keep goofing off. Then the girl with pink hair turns around and says ooh we can't heat this we turned the oven off because we close soon even though we placed the order at 8:10pm and they waited till 9:00pm to even start. The male employee was telling a female that was hanging out with him that he was the manager yet he didn't even know what our order was. So then we say forget it give our money back and we will take our business elsewhere and he doesn't even know what we ordered. We used a coupon buy 2 get 1 free and he gave us the money back in cash for all three. Wow. Not to good of a manger there! I will not be back to this subway. This has got to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. We asked for manager contact and they refused to give it to us. So manger/owner watch your videos from 8:50pm to 9:20pm on 5/15/2025 and you will see for yourself how your employees acted with a customer standing there waiting for an order that was not even started by the time it was supposed to be ready. Read morebrought my family here for a quick sandwich but we were in line for 23 mins. The employee, Hannah, was on meats, but had to stop to cheese the bread from the proofer to the oven. Another employee, a young man, asked Hannah if she wanted him to start making sandwiches for ppl in line while she was doing that. She snapped at him and said, "No! Just give me a minute!" He fawned to her and we all stood there five more mins while she finished. Then, she needed turkey for the line, and instead of asking one of the other 3 employees, that were just standing there, she went to the back and was gone for a few mins. If she would have practiced team work, we would not have been at subway for a half hour waiting for service. We were next in line and the toaster over heated and said "place ice in tray". They disregarded the toaster and said "TOASTER IS DOWN!" My whole family gets hot sandwiches, therefore i had to get my samdwich and go next door to Wendy's. I got a roastbeef sandwich that was on the hardest piece of bread ive ever had and hannah assured me it was soft bc i couldnt heat it i needed the bread to be fresh.. SUBWAY IS SUPPOSED TO BE FRESH.
