My wife and I purchased a beautiful light gray leather sofa and loveseat from Kathleen with electric recliners on each end. They look wonderful in our cabin and we really enjoy the recliners and the cup holders and chargers in the middle. We've had them for several months and all of a sudden, my favorite spot would no longer return to the upright position. I contacted DeuCha Furniture and Kathleen sent out two of her staff, and they discovered that the cup holder, which held the controls, was bad. Honestly, I was thinking I was going to get stuck with this, but without hesitation, they replaced it with a new cup holder and electronics. NO CHARGE! In a day when customer service seems to be a thing of the past with most companies, Kathleen and the staff at DeuCha Liquidation Furniture reminds us that there's still a company in Seymour TN that cares about their customers. Two words.....

I am so pleased with this business. We bought a dishwasher here for $59.00. They have top notch customer service and went out of their way to measure the dishwasher and tell me all the details over the phone. We actually were buying this for a family with 7 children. Most are foster kids. They required a bunch of repairs around their home and the dishwasher that was in their home completely went out. The lady actually was willing to take my card info over the phone since I was having other church members pick it up. This was right at closing and they never rushed to get us finished up. She even reached out afterwards and thanked us for our business and was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Good folks that really care about their customers. It's been a blessing and I will continue to do business with them...
