Waffle House — Restaurant in Seymour

My friend and I had breakfast at the Waffle house here in Seymour this morning Saturday July 5. We ordered from the 5 dollar menu the 2 egg breakfast with hash browns with onions.. My friend wanted his eggs scrambled and I wanted mine over medium.. In addition I ordered a large order of bacon. The waitress brought the order (minus the bacon). We had to send my friends back because they gave him two eggs over medium instead of scrambled.. then as she brought the bacon I noticed there were no onions in my hash browns.. the bacon was not fully cooked so I sent that back then sent my hash browns back and asked that she not use the same ones as the potatoes would be overcooked and the onions undercooked.. well we never got the bacon back and she brought me the same hash browns with under cooked onion chunks... I sort of lost my patience and went up to the register to settle and leave.. The manager never talked with me and told the waitress to only give me 10 percent off.. well she couldn't even do that right and I ended up paying the whole bill cause I just wanted to leave at that point... I don't plan to ever go to that waffle house again..Maybe they were prejudice cause my friend was...

Horrible!!! Server if you could call her that brought our food and vanished to the back of the store. When I finally no longer cared that my drinks were empty and I had already gotten the ketchup I needed off the unbussed table beside me and only wanted to go boxes and my check I hollered at the cook and was given the excuse that my waitress was in the bathroom. Really this whole time. Well ok. Doubt it but ok. But then who immediately appears rudely slamming my check down. When I went to pay and tried to voice my complaint I was basically told to get over it because they were busy and short staffed which has become a common excuse to treat paying customers HORRIBLY.I was made to look like a villain and told not to come back. Keep in mind the were 3 sets of customers. Myself and my husband at a booth. A family of 3 at another booth and a single gentleman at the bar. Will not be back. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with rude uncaring treatment at this location and feel it will do zero good to...

Learned a new thing about bacon here apparently raw is medium cooked... had to send it back to be brought burnt bacon then sent back to be given more raw bacon on top of undercooked hashbrowns. Had to remind the server of other parts of our food and my coffee a few times and to top it all off I had to clean the table we were at and the high chair my son was in. Those high chairs are obviously never cleaned which is disgusting in itself. Manager sees we aren't having a good time nor are we eating the food brought to us and offers to cover the meal while telling me the raw bacon was medium. We eat here roughly once every other week but will not be returning anymore. We are celebrating father's day today since I worked an 11 hour shift yesterday and for the first time in my life we walked out of a restaurant. I know waffle houses aren't the cleanest places but yall should at least clean things you know babies will...
