As a delivery driver I have reached out to management several times. I see several stores being shut down for lack of sales. In this case here there would be sales if the management would open the doors to more than a daycare in the mornings. It's 937 am and all the doors are locked. I came in the door on the side I cannot afford to sit in the drive thru 9+ cars deep. The sign says dining room is open 7am. As a customer you walk up to all locked doors no communication from management the doors are locked and the drive thru is open. As a prior corporate management I could only imagine the numbers being lost here and management doesn't care. There are 8 kids in here and 2 tables of apparent friends or family because Noone else knows how to get in. It's a daycare in here every morning is why the stores not open. The kids laid out across the tables with blankets and pillows. Lack of sales isn't Wendy's issues it's lack of management. Yes in writing this hoping someone who cares about the store sees it. Read moreWe recently moved back to Seymour during the pandemic so I have not had the pleasure of dining inside this Wendy's. I am really impressed with their drive thru though! Of course, when it's really busy there is a little bit of a wait but the line is always moving so I know it's just a normal wait time and they're not just floundering around or goofing off in the kitchen! I think one time so far they forgot to put chicken nuggets in the bag but accidents happen and I wasn't worried about it so I didn't even call them. Most restaurants go out of their way to make sure you get any missing food on your next trip in with just a simple phone call and I imagine they're no different! Even when I can tell they're slammed, the staff has always been so friendly and respectful and didn't make me feel like they just wanted to get me out of there! Read moreIf I could make it no stars I would. Pulled in the drive through 5th in line. The vehicle at the position of order taking waited 6 minutes just to have their order taken. The next car had it's order taken rather quickly. The van in front of me waited 8 minutes or so and finally gave up and left. While I was waiting to have my order taken 3 of the 5 vehicles in line behind me left. I waited approximately 5 minutes until I left. As I was passing by the pickup window, the very first vehicle that was in line when I arrived was getting his order.
