On a recent trip I went through the drive through with my young daughter to get supper for my family. After paying WAY too much for this mediocre food I was asked to drive forward while they prepared my food. There was no one in line behind me so I refused and told them I would just wait at the window. Another "person" (the quality of this being barely qualified as a person) came and told me I would have to drive forward or they would get in trouble for having a car wait at the window. Again I refused since no one was behind me waiting. They prepared my food and refused to give me the food through the window. They told me if I didn't drive forward then I would not get my food, which I had already paid for... I again refused and they say my order on the counter behind them and walked away. My food sat there for over 5 minutes at which another person drove up behind us. They prepared that persona order and brought it out to them while they left mine sitting on the counter getting cold. Finally they brought mine to the window and gave it to me after sitting for close to 8 minutes. As I was driving away the "person" flipped me the bird.
What kind of people work at these places... I realize they get paid minimum wage but just do your job and give me my food... Won't be going back any time soon.
I did call the corporate line and report this so we will see if they actually do...

The first was several months ago the drive thru worker did not give me my card back, so I had to drive back around and ask for it when I realized. He handed it to me but failed to tell me he used it to charge someone elseās $40+ order on top of mine. So I had to drive back around a SECOND time when I noticed that part, and have the manager refund the money for the order thatās wasnāt mine. Today, I paid at the window and pulled up to the white line like they asked and waited for my order. Well about 10 minutes pass and like 6 cars behind me get theirs and pull away. I had to pull back around to the window after I realized they werenāt going to come out. āOh Iām sorry, heās new, he told me he walked it out.ā He sure didnāt. Had to get my money...

I was charged for them and when I got home they were not in the bag. The first time I let it go. This time I called them. I told them that they need to not be charging people for extra sauce if they are not going to put it in the bag. The "manager" hung up on me. When I called back the "manager" told the employee that answered to hang up. The third time I called she said it is policy to hang up if people "yell at them". Well lets just say the answering machine knows what it sounds like when I yell. I will never go back to that sorry...
