First time and won’t be returning. The service was fast, however it’s overpriced and they forgot pieces of our order (including the chips). Got takeout. Taquitos with shredded spicy meat - so dry it’s literally turning to dust, no flavor. Quesadilla is plain - just a tortilla and cheese. Shredded chicken in my taco came very bland and cold as if straight out of a can, and the burrito again, only has meat in it. I expected at least beans or cheese. It was so tough we had to cut it on a table with a steak knife. Rice had no flavor. The thing with the most ingredients, surprisingly so, was the refrained beans, which came topped with green onions thankfully. Genuinely disappointed. Taco Bell has more flavor and ingredients and I would have saved my money. (We spent nearly $15 per person here) 🤷♀️ I can say the girl who took our order was incredibly sweet - but that’s the only positive part of this entire experience.
EDITED:
Response FROM the owner - E, sorry for your experience but takeout doesn't come with chips that is extra they are only complimentary in the restaurant where food is fresh and hot served. When you pick up and take home we can't guarantee that things stay hot. As far as your food sorry but yes our burritos come with meat and cheese if you want to add more you have to ask or order a Grande Burrito or Fajita Burrito that has more items in it. Quesadillas come with just cheese and you can order meat if you want for a charge. Sorry we didn't meet your taste buds but I can guarantee Taco Bell doesn't have more flavor but to each there own.
Response TO the owner - it's a shame to hear the chips aren't included in the meal, we would have assumed they were with the 2 included salsa dips we got on the side. However, other pieces of our meal were not included in addition to this. Our burrito did not have cheese - as I said - it was ONLY meat. Taco Bell absolutely has more flavor when, for example, a quesadilla comes with not only a 3 cheese blend, but also meat for no extra charge and creamy jalapeno sauce cooked in. When yours only comes with cheese and tortilla, you're already missing out on ingredients and flavor - I'm not sure what's to argue here? I understand you cannot guarantee food stays hot, but we only live around the corner and ordered with a waitress in the restaurant, staying until it was brought to us - to immediately go home and eat. If your food gets "cold" in less than 5 minutes packed a case and bags sitting on a heated seat, it was never "hot" to begin with. The container was warmer than the food inside of it.
Frankly, your response to me and anyone else on your page is really disappointing. "Sorry, but. Sorry, but" and passive aggressive remarks. It's okay to make mistakes or not be everyone's cup of tea, and to take accountability or wish your customers the best. A great response to this would be to acknowledge there was missing pieces in addition to the chips, and apologize without justification. To express confusion for why our burrito DIDN'T come with cheese as it's supposed to and hope that it does if we wish to return next time. To express disappointment in how we feel about our visit, and explain that we'd be welcome to enjoy chips if we give a dine-in a shot and you'd think we'd love it. That you're looking forward to the opportunity to turning it around for us. Instead - this reply confirms you couldn't care less, and nothing will change. And, that we won't be returning. And reading the rest of your negative reviews for years - they all seem to mirror mine. Wish I read them sooner - and wish you took the time to reflect on them a little more.

Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I absolutly would! We ate at Pablos last night, and I find myself crossing my fingers that I don't end up with Salmonella. My husband's family used to frequent this restaurant many years ago and loved it.. Apparantly thats when the restaurant wasn't run by 15-18 year old kids. We called ahead for the half our call ahead seating.. Knowing full well that doesnt get us a seat in a half an hour.. When we arrived the two girls up front told us it would be 20 min.. 35 minutes later, we checked to see if we had been skipped.. Nope, it will be very soon. 25 minutes after that, our buzzer went off. We were seated at a 2 part table, one short and one tall.. So for the unlucky two that had to sit where the crease of the two tables were, had to have a tipped plate, and hope that their drink didnt spill. Our waitress, who Im pretty sure had absolutly no training in service, could never rememeber to bring us chips, although we did get some salsa and queso dip. Our drinks, constantly empty. My order of nachos with chicken added to them came to the table as chips with melted cheese and shredded chicken. Everyone in my party was making comments about how sad they looked.. The waitress standing behind our server said, oh the ones you wanted are different. So as to not ask for too much, I simply asked if they could bring a plate full of the toppings that came on the "different" nachos. Apparently that wasnt the plan, they took my plate, and I sat while my family all finished their food. 2 out of three meals at our table were served with the wrong meat, and my children's dishes were DISCUSTING. When my new order of nachos came out, the chips had now been burnt and the toppings had been thrown on top. We were not compensated for anything. Im not sure who we would have complained to anyway, since there was not one adult in the entire establishment. Absolutly the worst resataurant experience Ive had in a long time. Highly Do Not...
Read moreI would love to leave a positive review for this restaurant, its good food and drinks but I cannot based on my groups experience last evening. Two couples went for happy hour and sat down at around 5pm. The restaurant was moderately busy but we were seated immediately. We ordered a round of drinks and were having such an amazing time that we kept forgetting to look at the food menu and it seemed the waitress was getting annoyed. We finally ordered food and continued our dining, eventually ordering another round of drinks and visiting with each other. We were in no hurry whatsoever and did not hurry to ask for the check, or make our payment when the check was delivered. Eventually as our evening started winding down I started signing the bill and literally as I did so the manager came over and basically said that we had been here too long, had eclipsed their 90 minute maximum and should please leave. We were honestly too shocked to respond as I have never been asked to leave a restaurant before in 45 years of dining out. We were enjoying drinks and food with friends at a casual restaurant and they were not even taking reservations and there was no line to enter so we weren't holding anyone up. Once we got in the car we all looked at each other and couldn't believe what had happened. For one thing, I cannot imagine the gall of the waitress to tattletale on us. Second I cannot imagine the balls of the manager to actually walk over and ask us to leave. Lastly, why on earth when she could literally see us with pen in hand signing our bill actually go through with whatever garbage warning she was prepared to deliver. Bottom line is that I have never felt so offended in a restaurant and it totally tainted an otherwise pleasant experience. It was handled so poorly that I must make this negative review. Just terrible and the entire staff should be embarrassed...
