Will never get anything from this Domino's again, which is all good, because I didn't need it anyway. I was highly disappointed with the service and the quality of my food. A couple of weeks ago, on the app, I ordered a mushroom/chicken and spinach pizza, and some cheesy bread for my son and I, and had it delivered (which, along with the delivery fee and the $5 tip I left, came out to about $29), I used the app, so I could track the delivery. Initially, it said it would take about 15 to 25 minutes. I watched the time on the tracker, as SAM prepared my order. When the pizza was ready, I watched the delivery driver on the tracker, come about 1 minute from my house, and then go the other way, so the time kept jumping. I called the store to find out what the deal was, thinking the delivery driver may have been lost, and SAM said that the delivery driver had two other deliveries before he got to me, which I didn't know they did that (why would I want my fresh pizza delivered to me after 2 other deliveries have been made?!?!). Anyway, over an hour later from when I ordered, Jack finally got to my house, and handed me my pizza. I had to grab it with two hands, because the box was flimsy from condensation. When I opened the box, cheese was stuck to the top of the box and my pizza didn't have mushrooms, which is the main thing I wanted. When I called the store, SAM answered the phone again. I told him that my pizza was missing my mushrooms. Initially he said there was nothing he could do for me, and that Jack could not deliver me another pizza, they could only give me a credit. Then he said that Jack could bring My pizza back to the store, and he could deliver another one, but it would be another hour. Mind you, The store is only 6 minutes away. I was not satisfied with the way he handled the situation, I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager, of courseš. I continued to ask him "why did he think that that is the way that this situation should be handled, what am I getting for being inconvenienced", and he just kept repeating, "That's all I can do for you". He didn't apologize initially for his mistake, even though he was the one that made the pizza. There was nothing offered for inconvenience, I was totally displeased with the way SAM handled that. After I told him I was going to write a review and report him, he just said "yeah yeah yeah". I could not believe that a so-called manager would handle a simple situation like that. We got off the phone, and I called back and told him to refund my $25, because I did not get what I ordered, and I left a tip, and he did, but didn't refund the tip. They told us they didnāt have no record of us having an order then asked if we wanted to place a new order to which we said no because we already waited 45mins to get the first one. We had left and called to make a complaint, a lady said that āoh your order just came out of the ovenā even though it was over an hour at that point, the guy said there was no record of our order, we left an ate else where. She identified herself as the manager and said āyou can come pick it up or have a credit for next timeā which we replied that we will just take the credit because we already left and gotten food else where after being told our order was no where to be found in the store. So, the next time we went to order and claim our credit the man who identified himself as the manager (EDDIE QUALLS) was very rude to us, said āyouāve already claimed your credit so I canāt give you no more free pizzaā which is untrue because we donāt live in town and were on vacation to begin with! Once we replied to him that he was being rude, he said āIām sorry thatās what Iām being told from people higher up, I will give you the credit this time but never again after thisā which made no sense to us because we never used the original credit. So when we went in to get our pizza, we had asked him if he was the man that we spoke to on phone. He replied āyes I am the managerā we had even showed him the receipts from last time that we didnāt get the order from last time and he just didnāt have no interest in what we were saying. We left very UNHAPPY and couldnāt believe a manager would speak to customers this way. Not only over the phone but in person as well. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered my food online and waited for my food. When Tony got here I checked my food and told him I was missing both cups of marinara. This was shocking due to the fact that this is the second time in a row this has happened. I paid for my food and gave him a great tip after he assured me that heād be right back with my 2 cups of marinara. I waited an hour then called the store. The lady that answered sounded older and she tried to cut me off during my complaint and told us that Tony would be delivering our marinara. Another 45 minutes pass and I called again. They answered and hung up after a few seconds 3 times in a row. I decide to go get it myself. When I got there, there was 2 fat blonde girls on their phones sitting down just chatting and my delivery driver saw me and duck away and hid from view not knowing id already saw him. When I explained what was going on to tweedle Dee and tweedle dum they began to laugh and tried to tell me that I had the wrong store when I saw my delivery driver there. I got my marinara and left. The staff at this location is piss poor and they wonāt be getting any of mine or my girlfriends business...
