First time I ate there, not impressed. Food was good but Roast Beef sandwich sat out and got cold while waiting for onion rings. When I went in the trash bins were overflowing with trash and trays. When cashier was told to empty trash bins. She cleaned up the mess and placed a stack of dirty trays on the front counter at least a foot high (no exaggeration). Then she went back to cash register. The manager had to tell her to wash her hands. She complied. After that I noticed soda spilled on the floor in front of the trash bin and on the floor by the door. Eventually some one placed yellow "wet floor" signs by the spills but no one cleaned up the mess while I was there. Many tables were dirty. An employee came out and washed off only one table and let the rest go. The condiment bar had dripping sauce pumps and crumbs on it. Even a piece of broken pump lay there. No one bothered to clean it off. This left me with a very bad impression of the restaurant and I will think twice before I eat...
Read moreWhat more can I say. If you read any of my posts on Arby's, you know I think it's the best fast food stop you can make. Granted it or any fast food stop is not for counting calories and all of them have pretty much the same stuff, beef or chicken, fries and soft drinks. But Arby's serves up a better meal. Roast beef a couple of different ways, chicken fried or grilled, but now add to this things the others don't have; turkey, ham, chicken salad, and now fish "sticks". Get it between a bun, as a wrap, or even some great nut-grain bread. You can even get a Gyro. This where Arby's wins hands down. A better variety. A choice of fries, crinkle cut or seasoned curly fries. How about an orange cream milkshake? Come on it's a no brainier. Now add to this a staff that really works at giving you exactly what you want, and the have it your way slogan actually works. The restaurants in Palm Bay Excell at service and they get backed up by great food. Winner winner...
Read moreThe worst Arby's I have ever been in. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean in a week. I said something about it and (I am not kidding when I tell the rest of the event) a worker reluctantly put some gloves on and disapeared to clean it. She then walks out of the bathroom with the gloves still on like a doctor(both hands in the air) and goes into the food prepping area with the gloves on and disappears again. Within a minute she is back at the register playing with ours food. Disgusting!! They had no soda machine working and they were completely out of ketchup. It wasn't even busy. Now, four hours later I have horrible stomach cramps and issues. I have no doubt that worker touched my food after cleaning the restroom. Why else would she have walked into the prep area with those gloves on. Worst...
