I will never be going back here. They scam and steal from you doing things that don't need done or charge you for things that are under warranty. In 2016 I got my inspection done and got rotors and breaks on the front of my van. Then on 2017 I got my inspection done again that year they said I needed all four break and rotors. Again this year I went back to have inspection done when they told me I needed rotors and breaks in the rear. This time I remembered spending a lot of money the year before with them on all my breaks and rotors. So I told them there is no way this needs done i just did it. After hours of back and forth I was able to provide my paid Bill's from the 2 years before. After showing them the bills they said they would take off the cost of the rotors and breaks since they are under 1 year. They refused to admit that the front breaks and rotors from 2017 should not have been charged because they are less than a year. They did not give me any money back or credit for being charged for breaks that have a lifetime guarantee. I went to Michael's because I knew they had a UPS dropoff. After dropping off my package, with the assistance of a charming associate, I took a look around the store. I have been to a few Michael's and this one is immaculate! It is very large with wide aisles, excellent lighting, and all the bibs and bobs are laid out perfectly. I had not been expecting to buy anything, but I found a great robot building toy that I am sure my grandson will enjoy when he puts down his Legos for a minute!
