Golden China Express — Restaurant in Sharon Township

Absolutely horrible. The chicken was raw and we didn't get our egg rolls. My husband called them to tell them the chicken was NMraw in the middle and the only thing hot was the gravy. The lady pretty much called him a liar. Said the rice and gravy had to have been hot because they use a steam table. Told him if the chicken was still raw in the middle, he could put it in the oven!! He told her that was what we had just paid them to do. He then told her that we are staying in a hotel and didn't have a stove. She then asked if we wanted to bring it back or get a refund. He told her no, he just wanted to make sure they made sure it was done. To avoid anyone getting sick. She had a nasty attitude the whole time. Didn't even apologize until he told her we didn't want a refund and definitely didn't want anymore of their food. The "gravy" was a glob of cornstarch, water and seasoning. Didn't pour out. Four of us went here for carryout as we needed the last minute meal. We all got different things and most of it was good. I got the wor su gai which was nothing like I've ever had anywhere. I order this dish a lot at various Chinese restaurants, but this one had like a breaded chicken and the sauce was not the yellow or brown gravy it tasted like a teriyaki sauce and it looked like teriyaki sauce. It was good but in no way tasted like wor su gai. I thought the egg rolls were good as well. The lady was very nice at the restaurant and thanked us numerous times for the business. First of all upon calling they were EXTREMELY rude and made it almost impossible to place an order. They said no so many times saying what we couldn't order with what. I only ordered from here because of Thanksgiving and no one else would deliver. The order was completely wrong. I asked to see the receipt and the guy refused. I had to basically pry it from his hand. They charged an extra 12.20 for an item we didn't even order. We were charged for an extra eggroll that was supposed to be free $1.40.
