I’m a regular however after management called me at 12:15 am claiming I scammed them I’m forced to give a 1 star review. We ordered food at 9 pm and paid cash as 9:40 pm when the food arrived. I went to bed at 10 pm and was awoke at 12:15 am with a manager calling me saying I used reward points to send a pizza to a hotel and I guess nobody was there. I explained to the man I had been in bed for hours since we received our food. He was still being accusatory until I explained we paid for our entire meal. I have never once stayed in a hotel here and don’t even know anyone who has. I also didn’t have reward points built up to use. Like today, April 9th, I ordered two pizzas, one thin crust and one hand tossed, I received both in an alarmingly fast time, my childrens pizza(hand tossed) was in good condition, mine however, was a disaster. The middle was stuck together, literally toppings on the underside of the crust. Not too happy about that. Usually if it happens when the pizza is being cut, or taken out of the pan, the proper thing to do would be to remake it, not finish boxing it and deliver it. Called and talked to Renae the (GM) and was told maybe they canceled my order to call back next day. When I called he was not there, the manager called him and he told him to tell me to call corporate. I have had nothing but problems with my orders at this location.
